    @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.

    @TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.

    @TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. Iโ€™ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    Itโ€™s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB
