    @TSB @SkyNews @BBCNews and TSB's phoneline says they aware of the issue and payments will be refunded "as soon as possible".... what does "as soon as possible" mean exactly? People have bills to pay!!!!

    @NaomiHarrison_1 @TSB I've spend the last hour trying to get through and then managed to get through to get told they don't know what's happening and their trying to resolve the problem and they can't give a time scale of when funds will get returned, total joke x
