@TSB Can you sort the glitch, so that can log in on a different f My phone is. doesn't hold charge, so to use another device always says 'we're having technical difficulties yet less than.1min earlier had been online on old device. I just want to log in on a different device.

@TSB did anyone ever tell you how rubbish your app is? I’ve had to uninstall, reinstall etc and it’s slow, won’t let me set up Face ID so not helpful.

@TSB, I know it’s already been reported by folk, but the app’s not working right now. These automatic messages saying it’s been resolved, when it definitely hasn’t, are a bit dismissive.
