So thank you for taking the time mate 👍 I work in Customer Service and know if I have two customers to look after & one isn't coming back to us, that's the one that goes last. But true.     .@TSB you have the worst customer service I have EVER had the misfortune to have to deal with. You are making it impossible for me to give you money and 40 minutes on hold is far, FAR from good enough. I want this sorted tonight & I will NEVER be using you ever again.

    @TSB I have given up after 50 minutes in a queue again! I tried to phone customer services and after the pain of getting through he automated questions they can't help. All I want is my card Unblocked!!!!!! Help!!!!! #changebank #

    @TSB We got through once, lady said she couldn’t help and hung up on us. This happens every-time we go abroad working. Absolutely had enough of never being able to get through to someone when we have problems. Will be moving banks now
