    @TSB This is completely unacceptable. People are struggling especially in this climate where people are having to make ends meet. I believe we are all entitled to some compensation considering there was a similar blunder last year which locked people out of their accounts. Fix up

    @TSB I've never experienced so many issues with a bank before it's making me really want to switch to another bank. I'm extremely unhappy with having so many issues with payments coming out wrong from my account

    This is my 5th time messaging you on here now without a response - @TSB please provide an update on the current situation with the duplicate transactions issues. I am missing out on a lot of money. #TSB

    @TSB finding duplicate payments taken from my account this morning was not what I wanted. Sent me into complete panic. I can't afford to lose money wait 15 days to get it refunded. Don't repeat ur statement about knowing about the problem Just fix it #tsb #duplicate #refund

    @TSB Been without funds since 7pm this morning when I checked the app and noticed duplicate payments were taken. Now 2pm, still not refunded!!! Can't get through to TSB, no surprise there, disgraceful, another shambles from TSB. FIX IT NOW PLEASE

    @Amy_McCaffery @TSB Ah right I see. It’s a proper **** on like. Could have been much worse. My pending transactions are just those from yesterday. Potentially my phone bill, I’m not sure! Hope they sort yours soon like, £200 is a massive amount!
