    @TSB Hi, yesterday someone attempted to take £921 from my Nationwide account. Nationwide advised me it was a payment set up through TSB. I've been on a call with you for 83 minutes so far. I've been transfered 4 times but no one seems able to help. What do you suggest?

    @TSB I can't log in to my app as there's a fault at your end. When will this be fixed? Looks like you've already had numerous customers state the same issue.

    @TSB Hi, there has been an attempt to open an account in my name which is not me. It is showing on my credit file and I want to report it as fraud. If the account has been successful I want it stopped immediately. Please help

    What’s the point in a “Service Status” page when @TSB’s status page is showing all “Available” when both web site and app are showing “Unavailable” when trying to log in for over an hour. And unless you can export CSV files over the phone no point me trying to call.
