@TSB hi there went to deposit money into a tsb branch today. Branch was busy was offered to use the atm to deposit money. Once the money went into the atm was then told it would be in the following day! Doesn’t help for today! #letdown

@TSB tried to phone a local branch to make an appointment because I was told I needed an appointment for what I am doing. Phoned repeatedly and the answering service said go use online ‘goodbye’ … I need to speak to someone and I can’t - hopeless service

@TSB you placed a block on my account on Friday 2nd July, but didn't even have the common courtesy to inform me!! So no payments can come in nor go out!! I spent hours today, on hold, being given the run-around! What excellent customer service!!!!
