    @TSB Hi, recently had an audible account closed and can no longer access my purchased goods. No offer of transfer or access. Almost 4 years £7.99pm gone… no ifs or buts. No response from audible/amazon so is it possible to claim these costs back through payment protection?

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!
