@HalifaxBank being a Ultimate reward customer paying £17pm from past over 15yrs. When really needed to claim for Phone insurance- they fitted counterfeit spare parts, and now iPhone is complaining. Not worth having this company as an insurance underwriter. FYI @BarclaysUK @TSB

@TheLastHatGirl @TSB It was a intermittent issue, when I opened the app the next day everything was back to normal and I could see my creditcard
