  @chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

  It’s a sorry state when a major #UK bank like @TSB sends threatening letters to customers who already pay back well beyond the minimum payment every month and have never missed payments to pay more or we will suspend your services in 30 days So having problems with liquidity TSB?

  These customers paying well over their current minimum payment terms if you are a @TSB customer, and you follow the terms in one of these letters you will be forced by @TSB to place yourself In persistent debt with TSB rather than being a good paying customer you will then be 2/

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
