    @chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

    Seems @TSB is having problems again!!! Ok what ever but why can't you keep customers informed on your socials or website instead of leaving people in the dark? It really is poor customer service.

    Must be pay weekend because @TSB are yet again failing to process payments like every month. Planning to get out bed any time soon and fix this shambles? Did the plug get in some Tizer or something?

    @TSB is there a problem with debit cards being used online today ? Tried unsuccessfully to renew my road tax 6 times now this afternoon. Reading other tweets it’s seems I’m not alone having online payment issues ?

    @TSB Is your authentication service down? I can't place an order with Ocado using my TSB card - it directs me to a OTP page rather than the usual app payment approval method - which then doesn't work. Seems like others are having issues too...
