  @chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

  @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

  @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
