@chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

@TSB TSB has closed down all but two branches in our region and say that online banking is better. Better for who? Better for profits, shareholders and executive’s salaries. Pay day today- bills to pay and can’t login - shameful.

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day

Really getting frustrated with how often @TSB goes down. Every month at payday it always goes down and then I get screwed over for my bills. What other banks have better service and a better mobile app for mobile banking? #NewBank
