@chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

@TSB why you aren’t advertising that there issues we were trying half a morning to make a payment online!! That is unacceptable!!!

@faeriemoo @TSB @ReedJX666 Same here. Customer forced to TSB after being a life long Lloyds customer. Fed up with these constant IT failures from TSB. I’m fed up with giving them the benefit of the doubt and will start looking for a new bank on Monday

  • Spookie_X Spookie X (@Spookie_X) reported

@TSB Cannot make any online payments, this is everyone not just me, as advised by customer services last night. App authorization disabled by the IT at TSB and switched to authorize via code sent to phone via text or call..but this is not working either. They are aware!

  • AbsolutelyVexed Vexed #KPSS (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported

@CFC94_ @TSB I'm looking at moving to Starling Bank when they get back up. I don't have family. When they do this I don't have access to any money at all. I'm surprised the regulators don't sanction them or shut them down.

  • richardhyland Richard Hyland (@richardhyland) reported

@femmementation @TSB I suspect the primary app authorisation method has failed. The problem is the backup method also isn’t working either

  • chev2the1 Cheverz (@chev2the1) reported

@TSB Please fix your Payment Authentication system. I am not receiving no text with a code to approve my payment

  • femmementation Ali (@femmementation) reported

@TSB If OTP isn't working, which seems to be the case for lots of customers, why aren't we able to verify on our mobile app instead? Why did TSB set it up to be one verification option, or the other, but not a combination of the two?
