@TSB I closed my current account with you quite a few years ago but I'm still getting letters about an unused eSavings account.. can this eSavings account be closed in branch? I don't remember any online login info for it etc

@TSB Hi Lesley It appears to be working now. At the time, it was showing that my card couldn’t be processed and I wasn’t able to access my online account either. Thank you for your quick reply.

@beckasmith94 @TSB I experience same when my business account was disabled I thought it can't be fixed again, untill I was referred to @zaddyricher22 he help me to get it back in 50minute's He is experts in recovery any kind of account issue

@TSB It has nothing to do with sky broadband! I am a Sky customer, all broadband is working fine, I have tried to log on away from the house using 4g.. Still not working, please do not pass the blame, that is just BS!

@TSB I’ve now managed to log in, thank you. I am on sky broadband but it wasn’t down and I could access all other sites and apps, just TSB I had issues with.

@TSB What is the timescale for a failed debit card transaction to drop off your account? Retailer customer service has been terrible, they said 3 days initially then when I called back on the 4th day they said they had cancelled the transactions and would be up to 48hours
