@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.

@FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

@TSB tomorrow! My google pay blocked too and all the other countless subscriptions will be blocked too! Ive just moved home and this is the last thing i need! I've been patient and unbothered by this until now when ive just called the bank to stress that i cant access my 3/8

@TSB Hello, I've been trying to log in to move money into my account for a service I've had to pay for today, can't log in so now I am overdrawn. Both online and the app won't work and I'm not near a branch. Poor service tbh.

@TSB - I've completely broken my account, can't access online banking at all. Say's that my Sort Code and Account Number don't have an 'Active Contract'. What's going on? I just tried to reset my memorable information. Couldn't even get the texts through for it.
