    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

    @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !

    @TSB What’s the point as it will likely only happen again in the future! You never learn and constantly make the same mistakes and errors so I would rather take my money elsewhere thanks!

    As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

    @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb
