Relying on public transport might feel after experiencing what I have today. Some things can’t be done through internet or phone banking and require a human touch, both of which were lacking today at @TSB. Hugely disappointing after the excellent support they gave us last year.

Wow stunning customer service from @TSB Block a payment and end access to my internet banking which is good. Prevents fraud. Then a text to say please call. 20 mins later still on hold but you are very busy so that is fine….

@SwailesRuth @TSB I’m not surprised it’s upset you. You are so good at keeping on, but you shouldn’t have to deal with such insensitive and poor service that leaves you upset and frustrated.

so it is clear @TSB have no common sense and do not care about their customers. When i call you, I expect to speak to a human, not a machine, I dont want to answer 100 security questions asked by a machine. I will answer the human. Go fix your **** or i am gone

@TSB No need for a DM, simply got a poor phone signal and the website relies on SMS / telephony rather than allowing TOTP via Google Authenticator or similar which wouldn't need a signal.

@TSB It would be nice to talk to someone, but you closed the branch, would be nice to stop a lost cheque, won't do it over the phone, have to drive for 1.5 hours to sort this. As a business customer, this is shocking

@TSB I have plenty of notice and even contacted the bank by phone because of the issues with the post strike and was assured a note would be put on my account which clearly has not happened. I am not happy or impressed.
