@TSB Direct debits and standing orders take , but none of mines actually reached any destination accounts. Not being pernickety, but my partner’s SOs arrived fine. Having trust issues now.

@tsb Great examples today of why I want to switch to Starling. Phone branch-no agents available; online chat-what I want doesn't fit the menu available; Customer Services-again, the problem doesn't fit the menu of automated responses.

@TSB recently discovered an account in my name joint with a family member - I never opened this account - bank are adamant I did yet unable to provide any proof to substantiate the claim - anyone else had this please I need help?
