    @TSB After our local branch was closing since January 22 I have enquired about an upgrade to the TSB banking app to scan cheques.Almost ALL Banking apps offer this.I have asked the National customer service support and they said “later in the year”- So after 25 years I quit TSB!

    @TSB Yes,I have dyslexia on my notes and I’ve asked for the bank to ring me, have hey? No. I have a letter of four pages from disputes, with and email address to reply, phone helpline doesn’t work refers you to a website while they narrated a list of instructions. How does that help

    @TSB hi, I was due to receive my new bank card on or around the 25th May as it expires on 31 May. I still haven’t received it and it’s nearing the 31st so now I will not have a working card to pay with. How can I urgently get my card?

    @TSB How I turn off the new authorise payment facility that takes me away from the website when purchasing over £100. I’m missing out on cash back, plus it’s really annoying.

    @Sarah22013154 @TSB The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that does not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Unitechnicrat for help. Good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    @MoneySavingExp, the information on your website for this @TSB product is incorrect. There’s no cashback and there’s a £999 product fee. The information needs to be checked and updated, otherwise it will misinform more people
