    @TSB @DJQueen_E Same here. No idea if my BAC transfer worked. App didn’t work at all initially, now slow and glitchy

    @JFoxleyBrookesx @TSB Definitely the @tsb app I can log in bit its slow and I cant access my accounts transactions. It says sorry this is unavailable right now please try later

    @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !

    @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

    These customers paying well over their current minimum payment terms if you are a @TSB customer, and you follow the terms in one of these letters you will be forced by @TSB to place yourself In persistent debt with TSB rather than being a good paying customer you will then be 2/

    @TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.

    As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

    @TSB Keep getting this message on your site: We're sorry, but we're experiencing some technical issues with the service. Please call us on 0345 835 3844 etc. Service temporarily unavailable It hasn't been working for months. Can you fix it? 🙁🙁
