@TSB There doesn’t need to 3 layers of security ! It’s rubbish, Lloyds and Barclays don’t have this issue ! Guess TSB customers need to shift their accounts to a more user friendly platform!

@TSB hello tsb here it's my money and if I want to send it to another account in MY name I will do, so stop blocking me and if you are going to do it be available when you block it. Expecting this to be resolved at 10am as per text message or account will be closed.

Great Now I'm locked out of my new @TSB business account. ID has had to be reset in the last couple of months already - trying two browsers makes no difference to the error code😑

Unbelievably poor service from @TSB. Asked to change a bank mandate in October 2021 and despite 10 visits to branch and numerous phone calls it still hasn’t happened. I should have realised they were incompetent when they managed to lose the first form.
