    @TSB Cards aren’t working either, I got things to pay?? Can’t access the money, can’t use the card, can’t take it out the cash machine . How long is it going to take??

    @TSB Couldn’t transfer urgently needed money into my mothers bank this morning. Beyond a joke with how many times your online services go down.

    @TSB so you literally hang up on people in a queue. Disgusting customer service. You need to compensate all of your customers today as this is shocking. I WILL be moving banks
