    @fcampbellhowes @RevolutApp I'm about to close my @TSB account as this week I tried to transfer some money in branch. I had all the ID their website said I would need, more in fact. But I didn't have the debit card (it's an account I only use online). Man behind the counter just said no.

    All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).
