    @TSB have just spent approx 90 mins trying to sort my a/c out with 1 of your supervisors. Still not working. So no means of using app-new passwords etc & no time line as to when will work - 3rd time!!!not impressed.

    @TSB How I turn off the new authorise payment facility that takes me away from the website when purchasing over £100. I’m missing out on cash back, plus it’s really annoying.

    @MoneySavingExp, the information on your website for this @TSB product is incorrect. There’s no cashback and there’s a £999 product fee. The information needs to be checked and updated, otherwise it will misinform more people

    @TSB hi, I was due to receive my new bank card on or around the 25th May as it expires on 31 May. I still haven’t received it and it’s nearing the 31st so now I will not have a working card to pay with. How can I urgently get my card?

    @TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

    @TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

    @TSB No I already had the latest version. That was something I was asked to check by your guys when they were trying to help me. It was a glitch somewhere.
