@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

  • AndReselling ThisAndThatSelling (@AndReselling) reported

@TSB your site won’t let me approve payments. I can reject them but not approve them

  • DaveDic33601923 Dave Dickson (@DaveDic33601923) reported

@Pinchyfeets @TSB Did you end up resolving this having the same issue

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@RoyWilding @TSB the problem that TSB says is our fault, and didn't believe was there, has cleared for me on firefox today, without any nonsense of clearing cache or cookies. Try Microsoft Edge if desperate, but it is bodged code which is shocking for a bank.

  • Wishingstaar 𝓘𝓾𝓵𝓲𝓮 ❥ (@Wishingstaar) reported

@TSB Hi, i can't access my account as I don't have my phone to get my security code through. is there any other way i can access my account.

  • AnnetteWardell annette wardell (@AnnetteWardell) reported

@TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡

  • hollywoodkaz Karen McLaughlin (@hollywoodkaz) reported

@TSB I can't get into the app, it reads that I need to update, I click update, I get the "something went wrong, retry" comment...so, help....

  • monikateras Monika Teras #SaveSoil (@monikateras) reported

@TSB Approve payment has been frozen on payment authorisation page on TSB app; no issues with available funds, also it happened with several merchants and payments

  • RoyWilding Roy Wilding (@RoyWilding) reported

@RedLaser4000 @TSB Same issue for me today. Login to business > redirected to Revenu promo splash > click continue > redirected to personal TSB login page and logged out of business. Stuck in loop. Clear cache. Same issue. Very poor. Can't do business like this.

@TSB Hi. Is it standard practice that cashiers close an hour before the branch? It would be helpful if this info was on the website. Oh, & congrats on employing the rude & patronising staff that berated me for not knowing this, arguing that bank hours hadn’t changed in 200 years
