    @TSB Thanks. When I tried that it stated “Something went wrong ERR244: Sorry, you can't log in to Internet Banking right now as we need to check a few things on your account.” Yesterday I tried to make a payment which didn’t go through. I received a text message this morning:

    @TSB Failed to protect my account. Allowed a company to charge my card £434. When I said I did not authorise this, they said their investigation have shown it was a genuine payment. WHICH IT WAS NOT. I’m so annoyed as I’m not working at the moment due to a cancer diagnosis.

    @TSB Ok thanks for clearing that up. You must see the problem with being told how we spend our money. I can even understand if it’s credit provided by @TSB to have a right to block but when it’s personal you should be providing caution but not the power to control
