    @TSB There appears to be ongoing issues since the upgrade. I can log on ok but when I try a transfer, the app just crashes. I am not in a crisis but I am concerned about your other customers.

    @TSB Hi, apparently I requested to end online banking but this is not the case. Now I can't login to make payments and I can't get through on the phone. How could this have happened? Please advise by direct message if possible.

    @TSB Contactless has not worked forthe last week, I even ordered a new card thinking the old one had issues. So new one is still not working on contactless. What are the issues with these debit cards

    @TSB Yes, I spoke to a lady from customer services and have had correspondence. The lady was going to close the case after I spoke with her. Since nothing has worked so far, I felt that I had to inform you once again.
