The waiting times are not in minutes but in hours. This can't be right especially if there is a suspicion of fraud where time is of essence. Anyways not hooeful

Woke up one day and found I was a Lloyd's customer. Closed my account. Rejoined tsb and when an issue arose, told to close my account. So I did. Never again.
