    @TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.

    @TSB I closed my current account with you quite a few years ago but I'm still getting letters about an unused eSavings account.. can this eSavings account be closed in branch? I don't remember any online login info for it etc

    @TSB I’ve now managed to log in, thank you. I am on sky broadband but it wasn’t down and I could access all other sites and apps, just TSB I had issues with.

    @TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

    @TSB can you tell me why I am yet again unable to access internet banking. Im getting the message " unable to proceed with your request, please try later". My internet is working fine and am able to access other sites
