@TSB won't or can't close an old charity bank account and can't help me exercise my personal Information right to be forgotten. Then cut me off part way through a phone call after you've fought their automated call handling. GAH! BIG 5 BANKS HOPELESS.

@RedLaser4000 @TSB Same issue for me today. Login to business > redirected to Revenu promo splash > click continue > redirected to personal TSB login page and logged out of business. Stuck in loop. Clear cache. Same issue. Very poor. Can't do business like this.

@TSB how can i make a complaint online about business banking?? It keeps throwing up an error. Asked for statements on numerous occasions over a 6 month period and I still don't have them. Called today AGAIN but the systems are down.

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..
