@RSmithy82 @TSB They won’t respond anything different on phone or will temp close inbox - best thing to do is issue a formal complaint, request compensation and escalate to independent authorities if not satisfied! Seen other people say refunds will be made before end of the day - we’ll see!

@TSB That isn't the point yet again it is another issue with TSB. My daughter had to go to school with credit in her phone so if she has a problem on the way home from school she can't contact me. I can't video call her either as she has no data. Money should not have been taken

@MoneySavingExp @TSB They have known about this issue all morning and still haven't refunded the money and are just sending out the same apology message to everyone with no update about when we will get our money back... I am personally down £1505 !!!! 😡🤬

@TSB when are payments going to be refunded. I have just spent most of the morning on the phone trying to find out why this payment has been taken. Then I see on Twitter it’s a TSB error. I hope we will be compensated for this.

@Amy_McCaffery @TSB Ah right I see. It’s a proper **** on like. Could have been much worse. My pending transactions are just those from yesterday. Potentially my phone bill, I’m not sure! Hope they sort yours soon like, £200 is a massive amount!

@FionaCochran11 @TSB I actually went through the problem with @AmazonUK accounts dept (who were great btw) and they confirmed the payment left them once via Visa. It's all TSB!

@TSB This bank is a joke. Constant problems and never get to speak to a single person. It’s happened to everyone I know that has a TSB account and it’s not ‘some issues’ it’s a very serious issue
