@TSB Hi Gino I sent complaints emails using the form on your website - one resulted in the account being "properly" closed, as it was only partially closed and the next time the person told me I would stop receiving letters and emails, I've received a cyber advice email (all text).

@TSB The first advisor and the online chat advisor could've avoided putting me under this stress today. The 3rd person made a decision to help. 1/3 isn't great. I'm thankful that he did though. Show your SLT this if you can.

@TSB great customer service. Blocked our credit card from online payments without telling us, for a possible fraud that you were told never happened and here we are 1.5hrs on the line trying to get through to your non-existent call centre staff. Great stuff.

@TSB A standing order payment has been sent to my account (has been set up for a long time and never had any issues till today) it has left the senders account (not TSB) yet I've not received it!
