Julie Smith (@JulieSm49260846) reported@TSB I only have mobile data no Wi-Fi. Cannot log in by computer as I don't have one. I have arthritis in spine. On benefits. My elec pre payment meter has run out. No elec now. Cannot get to shop to top up elec. I rely on your system for internet mobile banking for everything.

gareth ferrol (@gruf85) reported@TSB in guessing your mobile banking app is down.....again. only set it up again lastnight after being locked out and now I'm locked out once again. No replys other than "were sorry to read your message. Try turning device off". Makes not 1 bit of difference.

Karl Rolstone (@karlrolstone) reported@TSB Already tried that. You completely set up as a new customer and it gives you the green tick to show that it's complete, then it takes you back onto the set up page and not the login page.
