    @RedLaser4000 @TSB Same issue for me today. Login to business > redirected to Revenu promo splash > click continue > redirected to personal TSB login page and logged out of business. Stuck in loop. Clear cache. Same issue. Very poor. Can't do business like this.

    @TSB Approve payment has been frozen on payment authorisation page on TSB app; no issues with available funds, also it happened with several merchants and payments

    @TSB Neither my husband or my son had to leave the app they were using to go to their banking app sign in then go back to the shopping app. It’s not helpful or practical or for my benefit at all! Both have made payments on my behalf without this inconvenience or intrusion.

    @TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡

    @TSB get your app sorted , I have removed and added again your app because of a “blip” but once again find myself unable to authorise a payment in the ten minutes provided as the button is not working …😡

    @TSB Hello. I’m trying to set up a standing order and getting a message saying the amount is higher than the online transaction limit. It’s a direct replacement of an old standing order for the same amount. Is there a limit or is there a problem?

    @TSB your Hanley branch is a disgrace! Waiting after 9am for when you should open for an employee to stick a sign on the door saying temporary closed @ 9:05am and walk away - no apologies! Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time #rubbish #badcustomerservice

    @TSB @TSB I have been unable to use the mobile banking application all day. I called, I was told to uninstall. Done that, changed my userid and password, still I can’t login !!
