    @TSB got a text about going into overdraft (checked and im no where near being into it) and now my credit card is not appearing on the app or browser... is this a known error or should i be concerned?

    @TSB am I going to have to confirm every purchase I make online now. I was trying to buy tickets for the theatre for a present this morning and when I went to confirm the app was down (or at least mine was) meaning I now have to try again and hope they are still there.

    I’m so glad @TSB told me to call their switching line for support. So far they’ve picked up the line twice and I’ve sat and listened to their personal conversations for 20 mins with no acknowledgment of being on the phone and a third time they’ve picked up and hung up on me 😡

    @TSB any update re online banking/app and why it is still down? I managed to speak to someone at 8am and they have not been informed of anything !! So you are not advising your staff - not good enough - treat them better
