@tsb I am trying to make a payment, but I can only get as far as entering the payment details, the app will not let me go any further as the “check recipient details” box is not allowing me to click on it - is this a known issue? Thanks

@efanhywel @TSB That is very frustrating I think you should contact a security expert I lost all my safe moon but @nathancyberspy a cyber security expert got them reversed to my wallet after so many days of waiting for his support

@TSB Rang no on back of Credit Card as seems to be a problem with it. 30 mins later call answered very apologetic man telling me he needed to transfer me to Credit Card Services as the number I rang doesn’t deal with Credit Card Services. 45 mins later still holding.

@TSB so I couldn't log on as your website and app told me my details were incorrect- made new online details these are apparently still incorrect?! And yes I've tried WiFi and data and restarting my phone
