    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !     @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    Of course @TSB is down, itโ€™s payday and people actually want to use their banking services. Itโ€™s becoming a joke

    @TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

    Can Someone have a word with @TSB devs and make a dark mode app icon please. Itโ€™s literally the only app that lets me down for a clean UI. Oh and add some notifications options please Iโ€™d love to see in and out goings etc.

    @TSB Just had the worse customer service tonight. Called TSB re and unauthorised charge for PlayStation. I got a call taker who clearly does not have a personality or ability to speak English. She was so unwilling to help or go the extra step. No good.

    @TSB Same error. Cleared cache and data for app then uninstalled & rebooted. Same error.

    Wow @TSB support is so tightly wound around ai I have multiple issues to raise and it sends me a link to report an issue, where are the real human beings? When you do get a human, no notification theyโ€™ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!
