    @TSB @laurajanehare @TSB dont play dumb you know what's happened. Doesn't matter if its an IT glitch our money has gone and you lot are the culprits and your sorry for the inconvenience is doing nothing short of taking the mick.

    @TSB I understand you will refund these asap but I have literally 73p in my account like probably alot of people waking up this morning to the same issue. Can you give me an estimated time this will be refunded as I have bills I need to pay and obviously cant with 73p?

    All my fellow @TSB customers just spoke to them again, all accounts are to be made right over night. I advise you all to lodge formal complaints as well, as it will then help when going to the obsundman. But the agents are giving out an updated time frame now. #TSB

    @TSB To make any online purchase I need to log into the tsb app (which occasionally now requires a one time pass code), then type in my password and then return to the online vendor site to complete the purchase, thus removing significant amounts of convenience from online shopping

    @Dazavfc32 @TSB That was regarding a complaint about payments. Some others have said they've spoken to customer services who've said it will be sorted by the end of today 🤞🏻

    @FPlusFife @TSB Always the same they pay the tech department to sort but every time they screw it up, not once when they have done something with the app & either same day or following 2 days they is a problem,so the get paid to sort something they clearly haven't got a clue what they are doing

    @nikkilowson @TSB A very stressful time for any vulnerable people (i mean im just skint). But dont have to worry about topping up pay as you go meters etc to heat my house! Seen terrible stories.
