    @TSB @MartinSLewis Appointment for Wednesday was rescheduled by TSB to Thursday. Yesterday TSB still couldn't fix my mortgage interest rate because of system issues at your end so I'm waiting until the staff member can resolve it, apparently by next Tuesday. Just keeping log here.

    Hi @TSB I’m not a customer of yours, though I have been previously. I sometimes receive emails from you that I just delete but now I’ve got a notification saying you’re adding a credit agreement to my @ClearScore account? Any help with this would be great, thanks.

    @TSB After many months of phonecalls, fraud and terrible customer service, the lovely Ashley on the card fraud team resolved my issues. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
