@TSB got a refund cheque from you. Your app doesn’t scan your own cheques 🙈 Uve closed all branches near me so 30 mins each way minimum for £11.38. Called ur helpline, asked to enter last 3 security digits of my card. I don’t have my wallet as I use Apple Pay. Any help?

Just how shocking is @santanderuk customer service in the consumer finance complaints team! So many promises but nothing ever materialises...next stop the financial ombudsman! Good luck @TSB

@TSB 189th time of asking,is legal for you to send default notices to a address where I've never lived at or registered with you. What action has been taken against the rogue employee working in your customer relations team

@TSB you've ignored our requests in June sent via email to your customer relations to look at our complaint again. We have now approached the financial regulator and today I've sent complaint to your chief exec

I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latter’s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

@TSB as a long term customer, if @santanderuk come anywhere near my account, I’m gone!

@clairemenlove @santanderuk @TSB I’m going away tomorrow so not sure what I will do if it doesn’t arrive today, doesn’t help that the postal deliveries are sporadic around here

  • Hafsaaaaa__ Hafsaaaaa (@Hafsaaaaa__) reported

@TSB is there a reason a new card was sent out to me without my knowledge or request? Card doesn’t expire until 2029 and now it means I’m going to have to update debit card payments everywhere that go out on a scheduled basis. Oh, and chat service on the app doesn’t work

  • Beleza_Rach Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Newcraighall, Scotland

So again @TSB have declined my granny's weekly @Morrisons delivery because they think the activity is suspicious. Pro because yesterday she renewed her @tvlicensing. It blows my mind a high street bank treats a 92 year old customer with enough to buy shopping 1000 x like this
