Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever it’s paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesn’t make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!

Helen May (@Nito_Onna_Helen) reported@TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.
