@TSB I hope every customer this effected will be given a extra payment by yourself or do we have to register a complaint

  • SashaRed1984 Sasha Red (@SashaRed1984) reported

@forzapufc @TSB I put a complaint in yesterday and I got back £25 for the troubles. Bearing in mind I was promised on the phone yesterday it would be rectified by the end of the working day yesterday which it wasn’t!

Did I just stepped into a time machine? Went to my (local) branch of my bank (just turned up) to sort out something complicated. The issue was patiently solved & I left with the direct line of someone I could call at the branch if I needed more help. Thanks Penelope @TSB Reading.

@TSB Thought I had won a watch when I saw money coming into my account only to find numerous double payments had occurred weeks ago. As a customer of 35 years plus I am fast losing trust in your ability to care for my monies. Will be expecting an explanation as to why this happened.

@TSB How does a copy and pasted response help me?

  • bexybeatdown Bexy Beatdown (@bexybeatdown) reported

@Watsley @TSB @TheSidman79 My thoughts exactly, nobody has once explained WHY this has happened. Is our money safe in the future, has their been a breech, just a glitch etc. I believe we all deserve to know why, not just sit back and trust they'll put it right. After all, it is OUR money.

  • AnnMari37676658 Annie Stevenson (@AnnMari37676658) reported

@TSB Thank you for taking the time to respond. A simple text or tweet to say there are issues and they're being looked into could have saved TSB a lot of aggrevation from customers.

  • geterdoneman Derek Ritchie (@geterdoneman) reported

@TSB I would have thought a banner on your online banking site stating the error would be the very least you could do - instead of customers stumbling onto the error. Yes you corrected it like it never happened. Like I said trust is a big deal when it comes to money.

@LottieHoughton @TSB I'm switching banks immediately - if this can happen, what other issues may occur? Security breaches? I have zero trust in TSB now!

  • Kango_V The Jackhammer (@Kango_V) reported

@TSB @FionaCochran11 But, will you be transparent and publish the reason for the problem. And I mean a real breakdown, not just PR spin. Many tech companies do this and it actually builds trust. I'm waiting with baited breath
