    @TSB I'm hoping you can help me with some info for my degree regarding round up accounts. Would it be possible to have the round up savings be automatically transferred to a charity? Is this feasible? What would stop it being feasible?

    @TSB I need help today. What can I do @MartinSLewis .This is so wrong.Iv never been this upset. I work hard for my family , I have worked for this money and just want my wage. I really do need it, how am I meant to make £3.60 last. Also have a 3 year old to look after. Please help me

    The @TSB app failed today, had to phone customer services to transfer money, so that I could pay for shopping on tesco. It came back once I was home, but now it’s crashed again.

    @TSB Your mobile app isn't working. I can log in, but nothing else. I get timed out or an error message when I try to do anything. When will this issue be resolved please?

    Not terribly impressed @TSB decided to give online help a try re. Mortgage. Simply wanted to know what my rate is as its unclear when i log in and where it is on website Was given wrong info, very unclear. Ended with being disconnected. Thankfully i saved transcript, woeful CS 🤬

    @TSB I’m sorry, but this isn’t going to help me now. I will be complaining and going straight to the ombudsman but want am I suppose to do in the meantime. I have literally £3.60 to my name. TSB have caused so much financial hardship n don’t think Iv ever been this stressed.
