    @tsbcomplaints @TSB I am trying to put on a complaint, to no avail, Internet banking not working since 9am,i usually do bankers transfers, but obviously couldn't due to IB, not working, so have had to ride about town, trying to find an ATM cash machine, made me late for a hospital appointment!!! 🙄

    @TSB so you literally hang up on people in a queue. Disgusting customer service. You need to compensate all of your customers today as this is shocking. I WILL be moving banks

    @TSB Time to move banks after 20 years, it would be nice to give some ETA on a fix. This is peoples money and on payday - really unacceptable and lack of communication is going to crucify your bank.
