    @TSB Can log in but I am greeted with a rate our service popup and near empty balance since deposits from yesterday still haven't arrived. Not sure how I'll eat or feed my pets who are now out of food. Stop lying to customers claiming it's an internet banking issue. @Debbiecrosbie1

    @TSB I have been trying to get into my account since last night and thought it would be working by morning. This isn't good enough. It keeps saying can't access my accounts and wants me to re register but that doesn't work and I'm now worried my accounts have been compromised.

    @TSB the website is down. I have been locked out my internet banking for 2 hours. I am currently on hold to the helpline for the last hour and a hal. What on earth is going on🤬

    @TSB Still having problems getting in. Get sent a new security code to re register to then be told it’s incorrect. Also tried logging on via normal website and now been told I have one chance left before account blocked. This is me helping my mother who isn’t good with IT.

    @TSB Thank you for your update. The frustrating bit for me is not that things go wrong but that there seems no updates on the website. This means customers assume the worst or that they have erred in some way. A simple message on the website would go a long way to calming people.
