  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.

  @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

  Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!

  this in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/
