    @tsb Why are you still sending correspondence to our old address a year+ after we informed you. Why do I still not have a new bank card after I made a 100mile round trip to update and order. Why is my wife's card blocked with no contact from you. 📞 impossible.

    @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

    It’s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then

    @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated 😡😡😡
