@tsb Why are you still sending correspondence to our old address a year+ after we informed you. Why do I still not have a new bank card after I made a 100mile round trip to update and order. Why is my wife's card blocked with no contact from you. 📞 impossible.

@TSB 2/2 I opened the account with tsb because it was the nearest bank to my home in Garston. It is totally unfair to people like me who prefer to use branches rather than use online banking. I will be complaining to my MP and writing to newspapers highlighting this issue

  • andyjbrum69 andy jackson (@andyjbrum69) reported

@toryboypierce @TSB No wonder you closed your account @1fifthavenue the online service is terrible too

  • cryptomeddler Cryptomeddler (@cryptomeddler) reported

What exactly is a popup service @TSB? You keep mentioning this when you're talking about closures, but does anyone know what they are?

  • DeveneyLorna lorna (@DeveneyLorna) reported

@TSB if a standing order has been paid twice due to a bank error how long should I wait until the money is credited back into my account.

  • stayathome99 J1 (@stayathome99) reported

@meltontimes @MeltonBid @TSB They hardly have any staff now. They tell you use the machine self service. Such a shame

  • PaulineCollings Pauline 🌸 (@PaulineCollings) reported

@TSB Really no point Andrew - almost onto hour 3 on phone, colleague 6, department 4 and losing the will to live all to access my own money! There is seriously nothing you can do on Twitter - complaint will be lodged though 🙄 AGAIN!

  • PaulaSKirby Paula Kirby 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 (@PaulaSKirby) reported

@TSB Thanks for the reply, Phoebe, but that hasn't worked. Same thing still happening. Logging me out when I click on Continue without first "checking & updating" my personal details – which I have already done on a previous visit to the site.

@TSB @LifeDecorative doesn't matter! nor does cookies or cache. The 'continue' button is linked to 'logout'. Please fix.

  • IainWMacIntosh Iain MacIntosh 💙 (@IainWMacIntosh) reported

@bendashper @TSB Yeah, had the local @RBS_Help branch shut down years ago, now there’s no bank branch anywhere in Possilpark, it seems like banks are moving to online/urban centres and are leaving many residents out to dry across Scotland

  • marjbroughton Marjory Broughton (@marjbroughton) reported

@toryboypierce @TSB Someone should start a few hundred Friendly Societies to provide this customer service. Banks are the root of all trouble. Look how they caused trouble when we had to bail them out during the toxic loan fiasco. They don't care a fig about customer service.
