    @TSB Every time I try to make a payment online it shows the wrong phone number for the verification code... The phone number on my account is correct, your system is broke, can't change the number and can't make payments. Fix please?

    @TSB this is it for me....I al leaving....after all the challenges over the last two to three years.....then restricting crypto, now restricting general online purchases with a shocking product change OTP rollout..this is terrible service no matter the account level. I'm out

    @TSB I am beyond annoyed!!Online payments not working, spent the last hour doing an online shop which I can’t pay for as text verification codes are not being sent! payment slot has now expired!! I’m so fed up with your technical problems. Time to find a new bank #TSB #complaint

    @TSB are you aware that your 1 Time password SMS service is taking around 2 hours to arrived. Which makes it useless? 3 purchases today I have had to abandon because of this problem.

    @elliecowley @TSB My parents have been waiting since yesterday morning to process two payments online (that have a deadline of 1pm today). This is a basic financial service. I can’t believe this. @tsb: Please FIX IT and please give us some REAL updates (not this constant template response!).
