    @tsb Why are you still sending correspondence to our old address a year+ after we informed you. Why do I still not have a new bank card after I made a 100mile round trip to update and order. Why is my wife's card blocked with no contact from you. 📞 impossible.

    @TSB I kept getting a pop up during login which said 'Oops, something went wrong. We're unable to log you in right now, please try again later' However I just tried again and I'm in now

    @TSB Your app and website failing to work has just cost me money. Three cheers to your non-existant IT department and non-existant local branch that you've closed. Think it's time to look for another bank, cheers👍

    @kwgordonso @TSB Same here can't log into my bank once again and need to purchase something and can't do it without using the approval so basically I don't have access to my own money

    @Stevemills76 @TSB Thousands of people are having issues but is Steve resets his device it will work 🥴🥴🥴 why don’t you reset tsb devices maybe get our banking working

    @TSB Doesn’t help when you have to approve a payment!!!! If you can’t have a reliable app, don’t use it to authorise payments. Pathetic!!!
