5 hours of calls since Monday, 13 maybe 14 different people and a trip to local branch and yet @TSB still haven’t sorted out issue! Is it ok to get annoyed yet! Friend said they would’ve lost patience after 3rd person on day 1.

@TSB Just thought I would let you know your colleagues at my local branch did not bother to get back to me following your message to them, assuming they were sent the message of course. Perhaps if I were looking to borrow money not withdraw my own the service would have been better?

Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

Had to put the phone down cause @TSB have to be the most backwards bank I've ever had to deal with, 2022 and still relying on paper forms. A paper form that I've been trying to obtain for 3 months now. Absolutely shocking🤬

@TSB Tried to set up Online Banking for my 77 year old Father tonight but it failed after numerous attempts due to 'Technical Issues' 🙄

@TSB Hi. Feedback re recent online security letter - It made my 85yr old mum shake & cry, she didn't understand it. Would've been better to put, as a headline, 'if you don't use your cards online this does not apply'. It says this on the website but you see the problem there...?
