@TSB Same old scripted response, no apology, no show of any customer service, or any caring at all. Clearly every TSB customer should move to a bank that both understands customer services, is reliable, and most importantly, how important their customers are!!!

Come on @TSB & @Xero - it’s about time you fixed the bank feed issues. It’s not worked properly since September. Today it won’t reconnect at all. How long does it take? We just get the same old answers “we are aware of the problem” “we are doing our best to fix” NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
