    @TSB I've had my credit card completely maxed out for nearly £3000 in 3 transactions in Dubai, somewhere I have never been and your service advisors are refusing to refund me as they don't see this as fraud. Can you explain this please?

    @TSB Your business banking phoneline is probably the most difficult automated service to get through, it seems to deliberately funnel you away from speaking to an advisor. Also, your complaints form won't even load. Can someone get in touch pls, otherwise I'm closing my account

    @TSB why is there no one who appears to be able to help me locate my missing refund? @AmazonUK informed me they have refunded me. You tell me you can’t see the refund?I filled out the transaction dispute form required. Disputes tell me they can’t help & to call another number!???

    @TSB the app. Local store is closed for refurbishment. Currently £60 out of pocket from unauthorized payments and more pending which I can’t speak to anyone about. Completely unacceptable level of service.

    @TSB spent nearly two hours trying to speak to someone yesterday regarding fraudulent transactions on my card. When I finally got through, no one could help as systems were down. I've tried again today ... but still in a queue. I need to speak to someone urgently.

    @maycocksheena1 @TSB If Nat West is anything to go by, High Street branch can't help, as Internet Banking is franchised separately and never the twain shall meet..

    @TSB That simply isn’t good enough. Your service has already promised to call me back and that hasn’t happened. How do I make a formal complaint?
