    @TSB I have tried several times to amend a standing order since 6am and all I get is An error has occurred We're sorry, but we're experiencing some technical issues with the service..... when will it be sorted

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. I'm horrified to see that @HalifaxBank have 'reveal PIN' on their app - I had no idea. At least @TSB post theirs to one's home address rather than being able to see it on the app.

    @TSB my card is repeatedly being declined for no apparent reason? Every few weeks there seems to be a problem with banking!

    @TSB Sophie why are you still asking the same question that's has been asked for days? I couldn't access 4 days ago, had to uninstall the app to install again, won't let me complete authentication process, the same issue 4 days ago, I'm off for a week next week, can see me switching

    Trouble with @TSB - "We weren't able to do that. We're having trouble trying to authenticate your login." Wouldn't be too worried if I wasn't having to confirm a payment for electric which is about to go on emergency. Neither me, my wife or our daughter can access our accounts.

    @TSB Can you please do something about your online banking, both the site and the app? My wife is constantly getting errors and the process to reset passwords is a complete joke

    @TSB Every time you update it means customers canโ€™t access mobile banking, something I HAVE to use after you closed all branches in a 20 mile radius to me ๐Ÿ™ƒ
