    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

    @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.

    @TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.
