    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

    @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

    @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?
