    It’s a sorry state when a major #UK bank like @TSB sends threatening letters to customers who already pay back well beyond the minimum payment every month and have never missed payments to pay more or we will suspend your services in 30 days So having problems with liquidity TSB?

    @TSB Done, buffering to load then says Oops. That didnt work. We cant access your account right now. Wait a moment and try again. It does this with both WiFi and with mobile data. I'm not the oly one, please can you check your end for reported problems with the app?

    @TSB why is it impossible to solve a simple query without a 60 minutes Teams meeting? I had an online chat about a simple query. They emailed me with an appt, which wasn't on the date or time I asked for. Just phoned up and spoke to a human and they told me the issue could only

    @santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.
