    Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional

    @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

    It’s a sorry state when a major #UK bank like @TSB sends threatening letters to customers who already pay back well beyond the minimum payment every month and have never missed payments to pay more or we will suspend your services in 30 days So having problems with liquidity TSB?

    @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

    @TSB @6ft8_Dwarf There app has been awful since I joined in February and will be worse when Santander take over
