    @TSB Save the pennies feature tends to be a bit random sometimes! This time i had a DD hopefully ur customer service team are quite efficient but the app n stuff need to be fixed ASAP!

    @TSB Totally disgusted with the (lack of) service received at my local TSB branch today. I risked walking home with £5000 in my bag because the lazy and rude staff refused to serve! So annoyed and disappointed

    @Dennis_Porter_ Yes I had the same problem with @TSB. They claimed it was to protect me for unreliable crypto’s when in reality, they simply can’t compete. I moved to Starling Bank who area crypto friendly. No bank should be able to tell me what I can do with my money or where I can spend it.

    @TSB Trying to log in to my a/c. Fill in User id, password, memorable info. then got asked to tick one of two telephone nos. provided to receive an One Time Password on. The nos. are not current but old ones not in use. So I am stuck.
