  @TSB You sent my husband's statement (which he paid £5 for!) and it has not arrived to our destination. Your customer service rep hung up when he asked for help. All that sensitive information was released without a signed for/registered post. What are you going to do?

  @TSB @TSB I don’t think it is appropriate to share such details via this platform. According to your system I have been a customer for 29yrs. The way I was messed about on Wednesday means I am soon to be an ex-customer
