@TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

Hi @TSB Payments to approve not working yet again in the app this afternoon and this evening - if you want people to use this then it needs to actually work. Please remove the need for this step until it is fit for purpose. Can’t complete purchases or payments I need to make.

@TSB is there a problem with the app? We are unable to approve payments. The approve payment button is frozen. Yes, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesn’t work?!.
