    @TSB It’s either utterly impossible to try and get a shot of the cheque due to the distance you need to keep the phone to see the full cheque or if it does take a shot it then returns an error advising to contact the person who issued the cheque as you can’t process it.

    @TSB You sent my husband's statement (which he paid £5 for!) and it has not arrived to our destination. Your customer service rep hung up when he asked for help. All that sensitive information was released without a signed for/registered post. What are you going to do?

    @sarahyhirons @JimJimsmith61 @TSB So far fast and reliable. Though it's an online-only account it gives full service for speed, efficiency and quick customer service.
