    @TSB This is ridiculous. Spent an hour trying to access my account on the app, then finally get in and now I’m unable to make payments. Called up and spoken to someone who was unable to help, then her system went down so been put back in the queue again. Absolute joke.

    @TSB will these issues you have AGAIN prevent me from using contactless, went to costa and got declined you absolute freaks. Sort ya **** out. I had to run and get money from the bank. 100% I’m leaving you lot absoulte dog ****.

    @TSB Absolutely ridiculous!! The app doesn’t work more times than it does work. Got a list of people to pay from our business account and have to explain to them AGAIN that the banking isn’t working so they’ll have to wait!

    @TSB We would like a time on when to expect these issues to be resolved? It’s been going on hours and you’re preventing people from paying their bills. If you’re not duplicating my payments you’re preventing my access to my own money. At this rate you won’t have any customers.
