    @shezRommy @TSB They hardly respond to complaints like these because they have less staffs due to the network issues so save your self the stress and contact @Hack_Ray_ he can help you with your account.

    @TSB how do I get my cash then? Just rang up to be told after a 25minute wait that there's literally nothing to be done. Can't get into my account‽ There's some serious issues need addressing here.

    @TSB This is really not acceptable I have tried to make several payments and have been unable to do so caused me extreme embarrassment with company I was trying to pay - I want a complaint raised banks should have propper systems to allow customers access their own funds and accounts
