@TSB I am unable to access mobile app or online banking. Error messages for both. I'd like this resolved. I also plan to move all my accounts to another bank because this is happening persistently.

  • TomLickley Tom Lickley (@TomLickley) reported

@TSB Appreciate that Andrew and I sympathise with you having to work for such hapless employers. Please feedback that an online chat with actual people or more people on your help desks might help retain customers - last straw for me I’m afraid.

  • martell0507 Sharon mckay (@martell0507) reported

@TSB why do I need to approve payment now for every single transaction I make ? Even regular payments . Terrible , time consuming and that’s when the service works

@TSB everytime I'm directed to this new "payments to approve" section when paying by card it just says an error occured and I can't pay..

@TSB I’m quite poor and trying to support myself and my partner on my earnings, and because I’m self employed cash flow is often an issue, so I pretty much live at the bottom of my overdraft, and @TSB takes payments on a Saturday which means I only get Sundays panic free

  • GMacademic Grant Maconachie (@GMacademic) reported

@TSB your fraud report line states it is open until 23:00 but when you finally get past all the security **** it says it closes at 21:00 - not great & open to fraud - very poor

  • MarcelGraves Marcel Graves (@MarcelGraves) reported

@TSB the ‘payments to approve’ and ‘chat’ functions on the app are not working. Any idea when this will be sorted as I need these functions to pay bills.
