    @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated 😑😑😑

    @YouTube i sent you a message and franly you are building the platform into a go kill yourself if you are poor space. i find your managemnt of the issues intollerable though i am too poor to fix it and have been kicked into the not paying pile as i cannot access my bank @TSB

    @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

    @TSB is it usual to have the app say i couldn't access moving money by stating "too many slaves and wives try again later" 100% not a joke it literally popped up.
