@Susan60332483 @TSB Susan I phoned them and they can’t tell me why it’s been cancelled. So I have no access to any money til my new card arrives! Very handy when you’re a single parent with no one else in the house to borrow money from

  • DominicOskwarek Dominic Oskwarek (@DominicOskwarek) reported

@TSB Do you think it’s acceptable to keep someone locked out of their money for a week? Do you think this is a reasonable time frame for a new customer? Especially after I was promised by your colleague I’d have online access by today.

@TSB @Farewill So I cannot visit a branch until 9am. What gives your org the right to call folk in their homes before 8am at the very outset...feel very glad that I have been a customer of First Direct for nearly 30 years....

@BarclaysUKHelp That's ok, i won't have this problem anymore when i move to @TSB that my friend recommended.

  • emsymac21 Emma McLean (@emsymac21) reported

@FriedMarsBar @TSB They’ve left me with no access to my money until my new card arrives. As a single parent who pays by card everywhere I can’t even begin to tell you how much sh1t they’ve pretty much left me in 😫😫

  • xBeckahh Rebecca (@xBeckahh) reported

@TSB your service is shocking. I need to open an account for my daughter, which can only be done in branch. My two closest have closed down leaving Sherwood which is now ALSO closing down so they won't see me due to 'limited opening hours' & West Bridgford won't answer phones! 😡

  • benim83n Benjamin White (@benim83n) reported

@TSB Suddenly unable to log in to both the TSB app and website. When I submit my 'User ID' I get the error ERRSCA02 On the app I get a message: 'We are having problems trying to authenticate your login'. Have tried reinstalling the app to no avail. Help please.

  • DominicOskwarek Dominic Oskwarek (@DominicOskwarek) reported

@TSB I had a letter today saying ‘you can now access your online banking’ then when I log in it asks for a number you haven’t even sent yet. What kind of new customer onboarding is this?

  • LadyBrunswick Liz Tennant (@LadyBrunswick) reported

@TSB @Farewill to deliver the worst possible news but no....it was your automated text service...and to make matters worse, the phone rang again just over an hour later with the same msg. How dare you...
