    @TSB Typical,a sorry for the inconvenience and a few standard replies then @TSB go quiet and hope everything is forgotten. This bank has become a joke every time they do “ maintenance” something goes wrong and people cant access their accounts

    @TSB How about compensating customers instead of paying big bonuses. Could also invest in the social@media team so they have more than just one standard **** reply

    @TSB on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get hold of the fraud team as I’ve had money stolen from my account….is there an issue with calls?
