    @TSB Please can tsb describe (not a standard message) why our bank has so many online issues? We basically employ you, so as your boss, I request you to provide a report of why the digital system is so poor? I request this is completed by the end of the working day. Thanks

    @purple_winslet I’m also trying to use the TSB app but it’s not working saying “ technical issue”. I’ve had to cancel a business meeting because I’m unable to transfer funds to pay for my Uber from my app. @TSB what is going on?

    @TSB I would love to be able to access the app, but living in Dubai means you can receive an OTP to get the account going . . How this is not possible is beyond me!

    @TSB This is getting out of hand now. Once in a while I would not be so pissed but every other day there is an issue Its 2022 get it together @TSB
