  @TSB any update on when your system will be sending OTP again? You ask customers for their bank balance as a security question, but when trying to log in to get the balance, your systems don't send the OTP to log in. What say you?

  @TSB what's wrong with your internet banking now! I cannot make payments online due to the 'service temporarily unavailable'. I couldn't login over the weekend because your OTP text messages didn't arrive until I had given up and they were no longer valid.

  Hi @TSB, we are trying to access my father in law's account on his behalf, but the phone number you have is an old number so we can't receive the OTP code. How can we change this without getting into the app or website? Many thanks

  @TSB I’m running the latest version of the app, I can login using the website but it’s not ideal, I have tried turning off WiFi and using Airplane Mode but it still doesn’t open
