    @TSB Hi there, I'm currently using the website, because the app is too complicated,but the website side of things are down because I still cannot send money? Thank you

    @ChloeWD38 @TSB I sincerely appreciate @07cybersecurity's assistance in getting my account returned; it has been a big help.

    @Blunderbus79 @Hullccnews I think you’ll find that like every service that deals with the public,staff shortages due to ‘cuts’ are to blame. The worst thing are the abysmal chat bots which don’t seem to have been programmed by English speaking people.I’d vote the @TSB one to be worst ever.

  • Shazzy_JN Shazzy (@Shazzy_JN) reported

    @TSB Yes I can log in.

  • WelshWench_xo Chloe R (@WelshWench_xo) reported

    @TSB hey guys, recently switched to yourselves. The switch was supposed to be completed by 15th, but I still can't access my direct debits on the app? Old ones I cancelled have been transferred and I need to cancel them.

  • pearcemarcus Marcus Pearce (@pearcemarcus) reported

    I’ve been a victim of a crime and subsequently had my identity stolen to which a substantial amount of money has gone from my account. @TSB fraud and customer service team have been a nightmare. Stay away if you want piece of mind your money is safe when your phone gets stolen.

  • ChloeWD38 Chloé Marie WD (@ChloeWD38) reported

    @TSB hello. Please can someone help me log into my 15 year olds account online, I’ve clicked all options and either says isn’t registered or isn’t an active account, when it very much is. Thanks

  • Shazzy_JN Shazzy (@Shazzy_JN) reported

    @TSB @LynnKerr1982 It’s ridiculous & shouldn’t have taken so long to fix.

  • Jack049 Steve Williams (@Jack049) reported

    ....just had the most bizarre telephone call with @TSB Time to move on I think, totally inept service...

  • ChloeWD38 Chloé Marie WD (@ChloeWD38) reported

    @TSB I’ll ask him to try this when he’s home shortly. Although he has the app on his mobile, we’ll delete it and try again. Won’t he need log in details such as pin user name etc that you send when you first register for mobile banking? Which we don’t have hence the problem. Thanks
