@KathleenBeedles @TSB Yep. Our account was set up for all households to have joint access originally, but login has gone thro so many extra security levels, I’m now the only person who has the authorised devices & passwords & even I get confused! Really worry what would happen if I’m incapacitated.

@TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today

@TSB I've already gone through the closure process so I don't want to try and change it to avoid any issues. However it would have been nice to know that you'd be sending a cheque rather than being able to do a transfer before starting the process rather than right at the end!

@TSB I changed my password and noticed a few possible issues. 1) I didn't receive an email confirming this. Lets say someone maliciously changed it, then I would have no idea this had happened. 2) despite changing my password, I can still login to the app with my fingerprint.
