    @TSB I am a victim of fraud where someone either cloned my bank card and withdrew money, the fraud team are unwilling to help or support me! I am disappointed with the service #poorcustomerservice #brokenpromises #help

    @TSB possibly the worst customer experience I have had from any organisation. A full week to make a decision if you can send me an email. 4 or 5 commitments broken and a will not allow me to speak to someone that can make a decision. It has been a hugely upsetting experience.

    @TSB website down again? Different devices, different connections, different browsers, cookies cleared and all I get is 'This site can't be reached'. Can access any other website including other banks!

    @TSB Have the worst customer service, you finally get through to them and they tell you they can’t help you and don’t offer the same service as all the other banks
