@TSB Error - We Weren't able to do that. You will need to set up your device again. Been on hold yet your terrible automated voice recognition line for 38 mins, just useless. In fact whilst on hold I was just hung up on.

Not happy at all with @TSB spent 4 hours trying to pay a supplier. I speak to nice people, but no one can solve the issue. Lucky, I have funds in the account! Beyond feed up #poorservice

@Xero @TSB the bank connection link has gone again. PLEASE can you STOP messing with it. It's hard enough being a small business without having problems with online accounting. Nothing changed from our side so presumably someone has done an update and messed it up again!!
