    @TSB I had money illegally taken from my account over 3 months ago. I was advised I would receive a cheque for the full amount as the account is now closed. I have not received this. TSB are an absolute disgrace of a bank, Customer service is a joke and your staff are liars.

    @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB They did actually tell me to think back as to when I thought it could have happened. I’d bought a takeaway and signed up to the website. I went on and deleted my card details. Nothing since.

    @TSB care to explaine why I have been locked out my banking app even though I only just used it and now can't reset it and your website is not working. Shambles of a bank worst mistake I made was switching

    @TSB these online banking issues can't go on. 3 times I've been logged out of my account now when I'm in the middle of managing/making payments. On the 16th June, it kept logging me off & I ended up missing the a tsb credit card payment & now I've recieved a late charge!!
