    @TSB why do I have problems all the time trying to log on to my bank. If you cannot provide a good service I can take my money elsewhere. It would be a shame after banking with you for over 30 years but your service is shocking

    @TSB Alex this isn’t just today this is persistent issues, I have tried. I have tried a laptop, my phone and my husbands phone. Trying again is not helpful

    @tsb So, online banking STILL down, over 24 hours now, and a new low with customer service going from, not being bothered about their customer, and not even offering an apology, to 100% ignoring the customer, through one of the communication methods people are told to use!!!!
