Apparently they just needed to check basic things like name and address. Fair enough. But when you don’t hear back, why close the account and turn my financial life upside down? Isn’t that a bit drastic? Not least after a 23 year customer relationship with @TSB

@TSB why am I able to access my tab app but not when I try to log into my online banking on a laptop, it keeps telling me details are wrong but I’ve reset them several times already tonight 😞

@TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.

@TSB We've got two mortgages with you. Having moved house we have phoned your customer services THREE times to get our new address correct & STILL it's wrong as per the two letters received today. This is ridiculous, how can this ever be sorted out?

Tried to open a business account with @TSB and waited 2 weeks for an update. Tried to log in today to find out and my application can’t be found(??) Called up they said my application can’t be found(??) Emails sent from TSB still show our communication but yet according to 1/2

I don’t want to catastrophise. I’ll start with a new bank swiftly, do the necessary admin and get on with my life. But can I just say, @TSB - this is a shocking way to treat a customer! I plan to refer the case to the financial ombudsman to help prevent it happening again. 🙏
