    @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

    @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks
