    @TSB I not a person to post online but the issues taking money from or transferring to an account that TSB ado not control is unprecedented

    @TSB I will DM. I've spoken to a TSB rep on the phone, they say they know there is a problem, they don't know how to fix it or when they will be able to. Not great.

    @TSB I urgently need action! This level of service (lack of!) is #diabolical and has disrupted my afternoon and now early evening! I need account reinstated and transaction approved.

    Sat on the phone 2hrs 30mins trying to get through to my bank, then when I eventually did get through the advisor she couldn’t help me and put me through to another dept which then cut me off after 15 minutes. Thanks @TSB for nothing.
