@tsb Why are you still sending correspondence to our old address a year+ after we informed you. Why do I still not have a new bank card after I made a 100mile round trip to update and order. Why is my wife's card blocked with no contact from you. 📞 impossible.

@TSB went down to your East Kilbride branch this morning only to find your staff closing for the day, despite huge sign saying you close for refurbishment tomorrow. Staff were rude and arrogant to myself and several other customers who were waiting outside. Not acceptable tsb!

@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?
