    @TSB Thanks for your reply and sorry you are all getting moaned at - you all need to pass these messages to your superiors! The app approval system is annoying and time consuming! Todays error isn’t just affecting a ‘few’ customers. TSB are shutting branch’s but your online system bad

    @TSB I’ve used an alternative method of payment so no longer have the option. I trust this issue will be resolved ongoing though for future payments.

    @TSB been trying since early this morning to pay bills with the approved payment not working. This is a shambles people need to pay bills. Have done web chat have reinstalled have switched device on and off. Absolute stress that is not needed. This needs to be fixed and your end
