    @TSB Why is everything down? Why it everything down so often? What you are doing to get it back up and running today? What you are doing to stop it collapsing in future? No local branches so we need reliable app, internet, cards etc.

    @TSB hiya I can’t access any online banking or make payments , are you going to cover my late payments fees for my car etc which I will get at 12 noon ?
