    @TSB Can we stop having an auto response from “Beth” and actually get this back up and working. We have got bills that are set to be paid today and if they are not certain services we pay for will get cancelled. How can this keep happening without a full proof resolution?

    @TSB I would love to be able to access the app, but living in Dubai means you can receive an OTP to get the account going . . How this is not possible is beyond me!

    @TSB 😡 so my app started working. Went to pay my rent and I need to approve payment, go to app - not working again!!! So frustrating- definitely time to change banks!

    @TSB No I haven’t been able to do anything since last night and when I contact telephone banking I don’t get the option of using the automated service
