    @TSB @TSB No one else I know has had any problems in making a payment to a company (they have previously made payments to I may add), and then had their card completely blocked without warning...

    @TSB We have also been waiting three days for a call back- the ID has been emailed. This chap is a) trying to order a new card and b) to see if fraud has been committed I.e. money taken from his account. No one appears willing to help.

    If you have a banking issue and you bank with @TSB then good luck with the process as I'm sadly finding out. It's nothing short of a disgrace @Debbiecrosbie1

    @TSB I work for a scheme supporting adults with MH issues. What help do u offer adults with poor English who can’t get through security because they don’t understand what the operative is asking?
