    @TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

    @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We don’t have account details & we don’t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!

    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

    @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.
