    @TSB hello - my son is having issues with logging in on the app since getting a new phone yesterday. He can log in via a browser though. Any suggestions?

    @TSB Have just tried that, Phoebe, and yes, it's working on Safari. My main browser is Firefox for Mac, though, so it would be nice if it could work there too.

    @TSB No, I can't access my account from abroad as normal. For verification purposes TSB Is failing to provide me with option of my current telephone numbers though I have them recorded on my card payment page: a/c name Nasiruddin Mahmood, bank branch 77 91 14.

    @TSB trying to make an appointment at my local branch with a mortgage adviser…the appointment page on your website doesn’t work and no one answers the phone at the local branch. Can you help?

    @TSB @LifeDecorative doesn't matter! nor does cookies or cache. The 'continue' button is linked to 'logout'. Please fix.

    @TSB Your business account login is repeatedly logging me out when I click on CONTINUE on the "protecting your business from fraud" message. I have already "checked & updated" my details, but am having to do it every time now in order to access my a/c. Please fix!
