@TSB A TSB business customer cannot download monthly bank statements from your website or app The customer has to visit the branch to collect a printout of the statement, what is the benefit of this? Furthermore, we cannot download more than 3 months of transactions at a time

@TSB I am now able to log in. When I did manage to log in, there was a pop-up notification telling me of a planning outage. In future I'd prefer these notifications BEFORE the event, not after.

@TSB were told the complaint team will pick up the issue, no one responded n now closed. Was asked to use my credit card with higher interest rate to cover some unexpected circumstances in stead of increasing overdraft for a short period. Is that treating your customer fairly?

@TSB @PrideOfBritain It always amazes me when I see some people queuing up for Free Food packages, how they manage to remain obese whilst having no money to buy Food to feed themselves or their children. They should offer their secret to the World Food Agency to help reduce starvation in the World.

@TSB I am seeing two transactions I don’t recognise on my account. One appears to be the Non-Sterling charge but I haven’t been abroad. One is CD **** 04NOV22 and the other is 2.99% CD **** 04NOV22. Can you help?
