@STEVEO_HULL @TSB Having to jump on a friernds twitter account just to ask wtf is going on with my account. Transfered money into my lloyds account, no live trace to where its gone, moneys left the accoiunt but poof. Gone. Good job tsb.. Loosing a customer of 19 years here

Seriously a day later and the system is down again... can't see an incoming transfer and need to pay another bill!!! What is wrong with this so called bank?! Repeated bad service and system failures! @TSB

@TSB why are you not accepting payments via bank transfer? Trying to send money between accounts and the problem is your end.

@TSB I've already gone through the closure process so I don't want to try and change it to avoid any issues. However it would have been nice to know that you'd be sending a cheque rather than being able to do a transfer before starting the process rather than right at the end!

@TSB wtf is going on with your bank. Sent money from another account into my tsb account and still not received it. Bloody ridiculous. Sort this out NOW or I will be demanding big compensation.

@midnightsky_1 @TSB Yes a few of us and I done two as well and they havent even responded to any of my DMs!! Annoyed and angry as they closed the site twice this week for maintenance so obviously not worked!

@TSB I have changed phones and can’t remember my user id or memorable word or password I used to log in with touch now it Face ID tried to contact you via the app on old phone but it’s no help

@TSB I changed my password and noticed a few possible issues. 1) I didn't receive an email confirming this. Lets say someone maliciously changed it, then I would have no idea this had happened. 2) despite changing my password, I can still login to the app with my fingerprint.

@bxcky_x @TSB No. @TSB can see your money and they said it will get resolved but it’s taking far too long. They are going to lose more customers from another one of their calamity banking errors.
