    @TSB This was 3 years ago so no he can’t remember. Seems odd when we reset the username and password, got online but now this. Infuriating. He can use Apple Pay, so hopefully TSB support this in Germany too? And yes the pin is for the debit card.

    @118KB @TSB Online banking seems to be down completely. Unable to login, error message: The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.The proxy server could not handle the request GET /sites/Sites. Reason: Error reading from remote server

    @TSB He can use Apple Pay here, so hopefully TSB support this in Germany too? And yes the pin is for the debit card. I wanted to reset the app information so I can see what he spends whilst in Berlin. Hoping he can use Apple Pay as can’t remember PIN code for cars 😬

    This fund will compliment existing funds, provided by @TSB, the @MayorofLondon, + local partnerships. But sadly still this is not enough to support all survivors of DA + I will be making the case to gov to provide further funding to ensure all survivors can access a fund to flee.
