@TSB Thank you I will make a complaint just to make my point, it’s a shame as I have got on with TSB, I like your app and card design and never had issues but not being able to access my account and card not working is worrying in 2022, I don’t want to risk it again 1/2

@TSB I have done. But I'm told there are no agents available until 9am on Monday!! This is ridiculous. After an event such as this there should be people available to deal with customer complaints!

@DavosLan @TSB I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Their app is terrible tho always seems to go down for me atleast once a month.

@TSB Your app is not working for me still. This has caused a great distress to me and my house bound mother, you need to sort this out for ALL of your customers. It is absolutely disgusting service and while I understand you are trying your best to fix the issue, it just isn’t right.

@TSB If all banks has the same issues then it would be like ok just suck it up obviously it’s just one of those things but you don’t hear of others having these problems 😬 2/2
