Dear @TSB your online banking is a complete joke. Not being able to log in, despite using correct details. Not for the first time, it has to be said. But, especially at this time of year. Could be time to change banks, i think. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@TSB west Bridgford branch used to be great customer service but the powers that be think we need to change up banks and replace with terrible terrible customer service. Maybe consult customers rather than have super defensive staff who don’t seem to care about customers

@TSB I have sent you several tweets and had no actual answers to the points raised about the complete lack on service for your Haddington customers. Very little work has taken place before Xmas with the lights off before 3pm, Why did you not have your FM company in 7 days a week ?
