    Wow @TSB support is so tightly wound around ai I have multiple issues to raise and it sends me a link to report an issue, where are the real human beings? When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!

    @TSB Hey! I’ve not had a card with yourselves since early/mid 2020… why 6 years later is this card reappearing on my credit reports as a closed account? It seems rather odd… I had loads of problems getting the account actually closed on my report back then.

    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @santanderuk @TSB Empty your accounts. Move banks. They want to shut 44 banks down. Strip there custom. Use another bank. End them.

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that? Thank you in advance.
