JaCm (@JaCm2000uk) reported@Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers

Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@TSB There are no account details in my message. You closed my main account because I could not pay enough money into it. For five years, I was too ill to work because I had serious heart problems. If you close my branch I have to find other ways to communicate with you.

Redders. (@1Redders0) reported@santanderuk @TSB Empty your accounts. Move banks. They want to shut 44 banks down. Strip there custom. Use another bank. End them.

Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?
