    @SwailesRuth @technologytotea @TSB Awful..I can empathise entirely sadly. Ended up in tears in a well known bank where my parents had banked for 50 yrs ! It was dreadful- I spoke out to all standing in queues & explained my problem. Anger just took over.

    @SwailesRuth @TSB I’m not surprised it’s upset you. You are so good at keeping on, but you shouldn’t have to deal with such insensitive and poor service that leaves you upset and frustrated.

    OH MY GOD @TSB CAN YOU GET ANYTHING RIGHT??? It’s time to change whoever is in charge of your app because its actually a joke at this point. Your customers are never able to access their funds and you never have answers just “we are working on it”. 🥱clearly not #tsb #worstbank

    @TSB such bad service , blocked my account a they think fraud happened called straight away to confirm that it was not the case ! Asking me to send my bank details and photo id to and email address , i refused and they asked me to go in to the branch , so my next day off i had
