@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB went down to your East Kilbride branch this morning only to find your staff closing for the day, despite huge sign saying you close for refurbishment tomorrow. Staff were rude and arrogant to myself and several other customers who were waiting outside. Not acceptable tsb!

@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?
