@TSB Are we getting a further update? My cards are declining, I can't access the mobile app nor Internet banking. Its embarrassing to have cards declined in shops and petrol stations. For the love of all that is Holy COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

@TSB Card declined in the shop this morning and not allowing transfers on the app. Still having issues logging in on the app. Time is now 1.10pm 29/07/22

@TSB this is becoming a joke. No time frame for resolution, no updates regarding anything really being done. Can’t access online banking, also can’t use my card. Are you going to do anything about peoples bills bouncing back??
