    @TSB @kilersmurf666 TSB, what the hell is wrong with your one time password system? My wife and I have been unable to buy urgent shopping online for 48 hours. Please fix this urgently. I can't even make my purchase over the phone direct with the shop as your system still requires a OTP. 🤬

    @TSB I’m having problems with making an online payment. I get to the authenticate payment section and request 6 digit code however the message doesn’t arrive and comes through hours later. Is this a problem you are experiencing or is it just my issue and I need to call the bank?

    @TSB when do you expect the issue with online payments will be resolved? Is there no workaround available? Very poor support and no proactive communication from TSB

  • JoanneCoulburn Jo (@JoanneCoulburn) reported

    @TSB when will your online payment function be working again?. It changed from approval in-app, which was painful at best, to now a SMS one time code that never arrives! Are you going to inform customers?

  • Nagcra craig nagle (@Nagcra) reported

    @Owey1212 @floralfee @TSB Still not working for me 😡

    @TSB (and those following)… the online payment code issue seems to be fixed here now. I'll be helping my parents switch banks over the next few weeks. The downtime is bad enough but the total lack of (useful) communication is a dealbreaker.

    @TSB / @PostOffice - hello all. I was just wondering if I am able to pay old £20 notes into my registered bank account or into my account, via my local post office? Thank you, in advance, for your help. Dan

    @TSB I have transferred some money out of my account which hasn’t arrived at the account it was sent to? Is this also part of the issues you are having or do I need to contact customer services?
