Now someone will spend time wasted on replying to you, when you KNOW it's down because of the message. They can be replying to genuine requests. R u okay?

    @TSB can't log in to the app, just placed an order and need to transfer money from accounts, already had text telling me the payment has taken me overdrawn! Pretty bored of this now!!!!

    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

    @TSB standard answer to everyone. Everyone has the same problem. No access online or via the app. When will this be fixed and no I still can’t log in so please don’t ask
