    @Charentegirl @TSB Text message said call 0345 3561034 (genuine fraud No). Also tried other No's on the website for debit card (see if they could help) 0345 8357922 and 0345 835 3846 (as per Twitter team reply). You Q for 13mins "our agents are busy" then cut you off "we'll call back" They don't.

    @TSB so spent all day today trying to get my card unblocked -given you all the ID needed and supposed to receive text from you -Nada! I will be closing my account after 40+ years -abysmal service!

    @TSB Perhaps, we wouldn't be having this exchange if the site wasn't down so often? I am simply making a point because I know it will happen again, however I will be rethinking who I bank with.
