  @TSB_News @TSB Then why am I stuck on hold waiting for someone to speak to because my debit card isn't working even though there's cash in my account‽ That doesn't seem cutting edge or streamlined.

  Soon as I get the chance, I'm ditching all my @TSB bank accounts!! Such a poor poor Angular build, glitchy, buggy, clunky Internet banking app and website. You really need to look at @StarlingBank and @monzo for help before you lose all your customers. #thirdworldbanking
