    @TSB is there an issue with making balance transfers? I've tried a few times and it keeps saying unsuccessful. My boyfriend also has a card that he's trying to balance transfer to and that is also saying unsuccessful.

    @TSB any update on when your system will be sending OTP again? You ask customers for their bank balance as a security question, but when trying to log in to get the balance, your systems don't send the OTP to log in. What say you?

    @TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

    @TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.

    @TSB @StarlingBank Just logged in to TSB website. Sent me a text message passcode to logon. No problem. So it’s just your card issuer department unable to text me.
