    @TSB Done, buffering to load then says Oops. That didnt work. We cant access your account right now. Wait a moment and try again. It does this with both WiFi and with mobile data. I'm not the oly one, please can you check your end for reported problems with the app?

    @TSB thanks for letting me know you became part of Santander four days ago. I shall be closing my account tomorrow, fifty years after opening it. I left Santander several years ago after announcing their DEI credentials which was more about the staff and less about the customer

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.

    @TSB any chance of sorting out the faster payments issue? And don't give me yer scripted response. Please provide an estimated resolution time. Or am I supposed to be without money completely???
