    @TSB your app is a total joke. Down all day! Why does this happen with such regularity? I am closing my account and off to a bank where the app actually works reliably.

    @TSB complete and utterly useless, you’ve ruined a night out, I can’t access my account, my card(s) declined and no end in sight, your like an advert for going to Halifax Building Society and the £150 to open an account with them

    @TSB this is a joke! I cannot access my bank from early on this morning. Its payday which means bill day! This is not acceptable. Can we have an ETA for the fix?
