@TSB I swapped banks to you and it was completed on 14/12. Problem is I haven’t received a debit card, PIN number or my online banking info. I’m presuming it’s due to postal strikes? I’m a bit stuck as I can’t access my money. Can’t buy Xmas presents etc.

@TSB Just a basic standard account so I can transfer my mums funds. Why offer an ‘apply in the app’ function because it’s ‘faster’ when all it does is take me to the website?!?

@TSB Oh thank god eh one weekend without you taking down the whole app for maintenance! Can I just ask why other banking apps don’t go down for hours or days at a time for essential maintenance?
