    @TSB Hi Sophie, I’ve being sent the same access code repeatedly by email. When entering it, I get the message that I screenshotted previously. The wait on the phone is never ending. I just want a redemption figure? Can someone call with it or just send it to the inbox in my a/c?

    @TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.

    @TSB I can't log in to my app as there's a fault at your end. When will this be fixed? Looks like you've already had numerous customers state the same issue.

    @TSB can you advise when your online banking will be up again? Keep getting an oops message when trying to log in. Looks like numerous other customers have let you know but you haven't let anyone know when this fault will be fixed?

    @TSB is the direct banking app unavailable and you are not aware of it? The error is there is a fault at your end

    After being a victim of fraud, ruining my Christmas and New Year, and being forced to wait for almost 2 weeks for a replacement card from @TSB , I'm basically told "We did nothing wrong, we don't care." Go **** yourselves.
