    @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

    @TSB Hey! I’ve not had a card with yourselves since early/mid 2020… why 6 years later is this card reappearing on my credit reports as a closed account? It seems rather odd… I had loads of problems getting the account actually closed on my report back then.

    @TSB Hi TSB, Ive updated my phone number for 2 yrs now however I always get a text when trying to pay for something with old number,, multiple times, Ive tried to sort this out, chat, Twitter etc, its getting very annoying. I wanted to resolve the previous issue with you first

    @TSB trying to report fraudulent activity on my bank and it is near on impossible to get in touch with you. This is insane! The chat function doesn't know what I mean when I say fraud...

    @TSB Just had the worse customer service tonight. Called TSB re and unauthorised charge for PlayStation. I got a call taker who clearly does not have a personality or ability to speak English. She was so unwilling to help or go the extra step. No good.
