    @TSB visited Edinburgh branch - machines say you can pay in cash - you can’t - hence end up in long queue for service

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

    @TSB @6ft8_Dwarf There app has been awful since I joined in February and will be worse when Santander take over
