    Whoever is responsible for the abomination that is the @TSB Business website needs a strong talking to. A “Continue” button that automatically logs you out. Cracking feature.

    @TSB ok - managed to get through on the phone. It works with Edge but not Firefox. Got some babble about 'older browser' but I don't see anything on your website limiting the usable browsers. Put the phone down before I said something I would regret.

    @TSB I’m entering my memorable info and password to sign in online (I know they’re right because they on the app) and I’m seeing error you’ve entered the wrong password or m. info, woman on the phone had the smart idea of clearing my search history which didnt work what can I do?

    @TSB Hi. Is it standard practice that cashiers close an hour before the branch? It would be helpful if this info was on the website. Oh, & congrats on employing the rude & patronising staff that berated me for not knowing this, arguing that bank hours hadn’t changed in 200 years

    @TSB is there a problem with the app? We are unable to approve payments. The approve payment button is frozen. Yes, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesn’t work?!.
