    @TSB Question- what is the point of your your Greenock branch opening on a Saturday with no counter service. 3 staff doing not very much, but can’t withdraw any money. My 10yo daughter going to Eurodisney tomorrow and wanted to take out the cash she’s saved up. Farcical.

    @krakensupport @TSB absolute joke to block a business investment. If I were to transfer that money to a gambling website it would go through no questions asked. Will be closing our business account this week and moving elsewhere.

    @tsb Is there a problem with OTPs at the moment ? Using the same number I’ve used plenty of times and no OTP is received

    @TSB received excellent customer service from Alice in the Swansea office! I can't say TSB customer service is always top notch but Alice's customer service certainly was.

    @TSB Already replied to the 'customer service' email. I've not had any further response - probably because it was sent by your automaton, Sue Webb, who assured me that TSB don't use scripts whilst glaringly using a script in her response. The paradox may have caused a fuse to blow.

    @TSB @TSB what exactly do the staff do on a Saturday morning? Your website makes no mention of there being no counter service on a Saturday at the opening time section of your website (attached) - maybe note this on the opening times section. Absolute toytown bank.
