@TSB Even though i'm leaving after 15 years..I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to someone senior with actual policy powers within the org, to go through the many and varied issues I've had..to help you save more customers who will leave. It is so, so bad, honestly.

@TSB Guess what..I did..after being on hold for 5 mins I was cut off. It's just incredible, absolutely incredibly, implausibly horrendous service. Why text me saying someone will call, then no call? You must be losing so many customers. Trying to use TSB facilities is a part time job

@TSB Now beyond a joke..my entire online banking facility is locked, with zero justification and false promises of calls. This looks very much like a move of spite against a switching customer.. I WILL complain, and will also write up my whole experience for the @financialombuds

@TSB Hello TSB I've been hanging on the phone for well over an hour (plus 50 mins yesterday) trying to speak to your payment verification team - you've blocked my online account - (and local branch closed down) - please help!
