@TSB @geoallison Enough with the some customers, social media shows it's eveyone locked out. Your system is blatantly down. Take some responsibility as a company and properly explain when we'll be able to access our accounts.

@TSB It’s not just the app or internet banking. I can’t pay for anything, cards declined, can’t transfer money into another account, can’t even make purchases online. I understand technical errors happen with the app but nothing is working and it’s been like this all day.

@Lisehu70 @TSB Ah but Lisa they need all the rest of the details, like...*checks notes* ah no, nope. That is literally the only information you can give them because it's not like cards declining is a complex issue with multiple variables.
