    @TSB why is there no one who appears to be able to help me locate my missing refund? @AmazonUK informed me they have refunded me. You tell me you can’t see the refund?I filled out the transaction dispute form required. Disputes tell me they can’t help & to call another number!???

    @TSB closing peoples accounts down for fraud without telling them. When you try to take money out they mess it up send you away because of lunch breaks and don't fulfil their request of transferring the money over nor do they contact you with any updates. Isn't that stealing?

    @TSB spent nearly two hours trying to speak to someone yesterday regarding fraudulent transactions on my card. When I finally got through, no one could help as systems were down. I've tried again today ... but still in a queue. I need to speak to someone urgently.

    @TSB trying to get hold of your support calling 0345 835 7922 as advised on the app Chat for Credit Card fraud already discussed and which I’ve been waiting for you to take action on refunds agreed It’s now been 35 minutes on hold on the phone waiting for an operator Disgraceful

    @TSB I have been charged twice on two separate items, is this a glitch? One has gone through and the original is till in my pending due to be taken out. what is going on? how can i resolve this?

    @TSB No , I don’t know as I couldn’t log in. Only found out via email the next day . So made payment then . It if I get any fees or tsb cc remove my 0% it’s tsb fault . I was told by cs you’d cover any fees

    @TSB yet again T. Totally S. **** B. Bank Are doing what they always do screw people accounts up, when money is in my account but cannot stop a payment that as been pending my account the last 4days but having to wait till next Wednesday before it shows as credit **** service 🤬
