  Wow @TSB support is so tightly wound around ai I have multiple issues to raise and it sends me a link to report an issue, where are the real human beings? When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!

  @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

  @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

  @TSB Also, you probably sent me an email, which I could not reply to - how rude,- telling me to an open an account with @TSB because you had just closed my account because it was not being run properly. I am terribly sorry but I could not work for 5 years because I had heart problems

  @TSB going round in circles trying to sign in to online banking. Being told I haven't used my account so need to reregister to then be told I'm already registered. I can't remember my password and it's not letting me reset it

  @TSB I have followed everything correctly. Photos taken and green ticks displayed for all details. When I click deposit I get: sorry this service isn't responding. TSB error code MCD19
