  @TSB If I report my card damaged through the app and order a replacement, will my current one stop working immediately? I want to order a new card but continue using my current one until the replacement arrives.

  Had an ongoing issue with my bank card for over a year. 2nd time in 1 weeks I've had to report the same issue with having a new card too. Rang 1 week later to be told its a 15 day wait for a response!! aye no worries @TSB seems reasonable to have no card or access to a branch

  @TSB given telephone number for branch because customer service couldn't assist. Calling said number for over 2 hours just to keep get automated msge - service just keeps getting worse!!!
