@virginmedia I've had no internet all day which is really inconvenient when working from home. Website keeps giving me an error when I try to see what's going on in my area (PE19). Can you confirm what the issue is and what's being done to fix it please?

  • grimsditch123 Margaret Grimsditch (@grimsditch123) reported

@virginmedia Such poor customer service. I gave notice to terminate account in writing to Sunderland SR43 4AA on 24th June and still being billed. Customer services couldn't help when I called yesterday......now what? Very poor!

  • ilovecrack43 Most Powerful Gamer (@ilovecrack43) reported

@virginmedia WiFi problem. When I put in my ericode to check the status it doesn't say my ericode exists

  • madiehzl Karen (@madiehzl) reported

@virginmedia That’s ridiculous. I want to speak to someone on the phone, a manager to ring me back when they said they would - not write and post another complaint that will be ignored.

  • Disco_1969 Darren Ginder(Disco) (@Disco_1969) reported

@virginmedia Yeah at first until he asked for my password for my email account. Call ended and now I have had to block your phone number because you have a scammer working for you in customer services

  • madiehzl Karen (@madiehzl) reported

@virginmedia So you’re saying there’s no way I can make a complaint or speak to someone apart from by sending a letter? I have tried repeatedly to ring like you’re suggesting and it’s not worked. This is terrible service and unnacceltabkd when im paying monthly for a service that I don’t have
