    Quick PSA to never use @virginmedia for anything. They sold me a broadband package back tail end of last year and told me it would be cheaper to also take an O2 Sim card. They then informed me they couldn't provide the broadband services they had promised so couldn't go ahead

    @virginmedia There’s no issues that come up when I checked on the site but my internet connection has been poor and going off for around 5 days. Sometimes for extended periods. What is happening? When will it be consistently working? Are paying for it but it’s not been working.

    @virginmedia just tried to call again, they took all the information then say they will transfer to customer relations, line is disconnected. She is now on another call going through the same process (giving her security details) this time she’s asking to speak to supervisor…line gone dead

    @virginmedia Yes and I have been on the phone who after 20 minutes got it back up and it's gone again now. The whole of your area 31 is affected just look on Facebook hundreds complaining of the rubbish service.
