    @virginmedia No, I've visited SIX locations from the Collect+ website and none of them would accept it. I eventually got throught to your C. Service dept and they are arranging a collection. Somethings screwy with your deal with Collect+ 👎👎

    @LaurenFreeeman @virginmedia Hi Lauren, I totally understand your frustration. My issue was due to the box not being activated prior to install and there isn't anything you can do at your end. I gave 0345 454 1111 a call and it was sorted pretty quickly. Wouldn't have thought you need an engineer for that.

    @virginmedia #crouchend Virgin TV service down for at least 8 hours in Hornsey last night. Automated-only customer service reported no issues and hung up on us. Virgin's utter contempt for its customers is breathtaking.

    @virginmedia i was sold a self install but don't have the origional virgin wall socket in my home !!! I've spent two days trying to speak with someone to no avail...I call you make me wait and hang me up! If I can't get to speak with someone in the next 2 hours I'll be cancelling

    @virginmedia Can’t send or receive emails when not on Wi-Fi, and @virginmedia won’t help....at all!! Customer service is appalling #disgrace

    @dannyjc09 @virginmedia Wtf are you paying them that much for?!? I pay virgin £25pm for internet and Sky £29 for the full entertainment and movies package..?

    @virginmedia Why is your customer service so poor and the “Contracted supposed WiFi” speeds so far off the mark. I joined two weeks ago and it’s been atrocious! Awaiting a response and a solution

    @virginmedia Just been updated and the fix is 8.50pm tonight. This happens all too often, I work in IT and WFH and have lost pay due to your service. For the cost (of the cheapest broadband which I have), I could pretty much get two of your competitors in to have redundancy and load balanced.

    @virginmedia The internet being constantly slow and just buffering - I have called a number of times about this but they send a ‘booster’ signal and it happens again
