@virginmedia I have zero internet for over an hour and it kept disconnecting. So clearly that didn't fix things! Nothing any of your engineers and teams have done have fixed the issue. Continued

@virginmedia I can tell you that the young chap I spoke to the other day - Mohammed - has been an absolute star and put the rest of @virginmedia customer service to shame. Unfortunately, neither time I've spoken to him has resulted in a customer satisfaction survey being sent. 5 stars tho.

@virginmedia Nope, I get an error saying No RF signal connected. I don’t think the cables from the street are working because they’re just two single cables, no wall termination

@virginmedia Called that number and it just states there aren't issues in my post code area, press 1 for more options and to register that I have no internet and it just sets up a text alert.

@virginmedia perhaps someone would like to DM me to explain why you've sent an alleged os debt of £36.39 to a debt rec co? I left my SIM only contract last year giving you appropriate notice & paid up in full. Mainly because your Comms are awful. This is a perfect example.

@virginmedia Can anybody at Virgin be proactive, and help to resolved my Blackout situation, rather than just apologising for not prioritising a vulnerable customer? I do understand the field team are very busy, however, there must be some leeway for manoeuvrability.
