  • TimTastic38 Tim Simmons (@TimTastic38) reported

@virginmedia So we are paying for a service we are not getting for the last 2-4 hours. What you going to do about that?

  • annkavanagh09 Ann Kavanagh (@annkavanagh09) reported

@Cromwell606 @virginmedia @9Naughtyboi6 You can't register for loss of service as their website is down anyway

  • _KyleRC_ Kyle Van C (@_KyleRC_) reported

For a company called Virgin Media, you'd expect them to be working fine but they seem to be down just as much as Lana Wolf

  • sam_autistic Autistic_Sam (@sam_autistic) reported

@Michael18964156 @virginmedia Apparently, you have to be without service for three days before they compensate. But I have a feeling they will offer something. I can imagine a lot of pissed off people on the phone to sky and BT, right now.

@virginmedia My broadband drops on average 2-3 times a day for 1-10 minutes at a time, and despite being on the quickest tariff it goes slow often. I should contact you but I can’t be bothered being on hold for ages & nothing getting sorted (I’ll be sold another “booster” to fix it)

  • shep23 Ian Shepherd (@shep23) reported

@DanKingdom96 And on the day my @virginmedia is down....

  • lilibet74 Kate (@lilibet74) reported

@virginmedia another loss of service?? TV at this point but the broadband has been in and out today too (and has been flaky for months). When are we going to get the service we pay through the nose for??

@virginmedia Down in Barry, South Wales also

  • BurgessCharlene Charlene (@BurgessCharlene) reported

@virginmedia Oh and I like the way you’ve avoided my questions asking what the issue is. As customer should know and lot be kept in the dark.
