    Very disappointed with @virginmedia broadband. Intermittent internet issues every few days from no connection to speeds way below what we pay for. Very convenient to work from home 😑

    @virginmedia #virginmediadown Today is fifth day since @virginmedia cut the broadband to my house. Still waiting to get reconnected. Reason they cut without informing me is someone down the street ordered a new connection To my house 😚

    @eon_next and @virginmedia must both use the same customer service handbook. Neither able to deliver on time, both cause working from home to be interrupted longer than quoted, neither call you back as promised #PoorCustomerService

    @virginmedia Trip Hazard discovered by myself, a customer during installation. Loose cable under outside step. My neighbour has young children which was an accident waiting to happen #nocompensation

    @virginmedia home broadband nightmare continues with Virgin. Another outage - not even 2 days since the last outage. The cable broadband is getting really unreliable in the last 1.5 months. What’s happening?
