  @MicksterNoonan @virginmedia @joelycett Virgin customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. I never once got the guarantee speed. Paid for 500 mbps but never once got above 100 and was lucky to see 30. Won’t use again. Back with sky n never had a problem

  @virginmedia It is happening right now but it is saying that all services are OK, seriously taking the mick now, I've only tried to stream a few times this week and twice it has dropped my bit rate down to minimum and the stream totally freezes. Starting to wonder why I stay with virgin.

  @virginmedia Customer care is an absolute shower at virgin media! Been trying to return equipment to you after leaving after 30 yrs. Yodel meant collect yesterday and stayed in especially - but no one turned up. Today received email threatening £40 charge for not returning hub!

  @virginmedia I hate you, we have had an AWFUL experience since switching.Going in circles with your online and phone help,your chat gave me incorrect instructions, when I finally managed to get an engineer booked YOU CANCELLED THE VISIT BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM SAID EVERYTHING WAS OK
