@virginmedia To restart the router..,and to sign in and out to the app.., Non of this worked. The WiFi speed drops and become intermittent mostly evenings, but some times during the day as well.

NEVER GET @virginmedia How do they promise me 500mbps speed on my contract but they give me under 100mbps. Then I find out it was the hub which was the issue all along? When initially upgrading they did not provide me with a new router now they are telling me -

@virginmedia I have been in touch with your team over the course of 5 days. They first advised it was the outside cable. Now the outside cable has been fixed and we still have intermittent issues almost no service. Your contact centres advised the next engineer can come sat. I’ve had enough
