    @virginmedia disgusting service by your company. Have waited 4hrs for the technician who was booked on Friday night to turn up to fix our broadband. We had the 4-7pm slot today, they never turned up no phone call or anything. 1/2

    . @virginmedia I’m also locked out of my account for weeks due to something going wrong with merging @O2 and Virginmedia acoints. Escalated several times and once again today. Your support options knowledge articles, and support paths for this issue are shocking - HELP

    @virginmedia M43 area…. error code W02…. Did what virgin suggested and just blank channels….. this is getting ridiculous….. can’t watch tv when I’m sure Virgin will want payment for a service my parents can’t access half the month….

    @virginmedia The reason I need to cancel is because we ad a bad thunderstorm and my tv hdmi ports are all broken so I can't watch the tivo box

    @virginmedia once again we have broadband & tv issues. I’ve understand we’ll have intermittent service until 10th. That’s 4 days with the issue. How do I claim compensation please? Supposed ‘award winning’ service is failing with monotonous regularity.
