    @virginmedia Hi there. I’m pretty sure it was a SIM only contract by the end of it as the contract ran out and I never renewed the phone. However some months I’ll get texts saying I don’t owe a penny then others there’ll be charges on there.

    @virginmedia I rang this morning and was told its an ongoing issue and would get callback tomorrow...I asked what would happen if not fixed and advised may have to cancel order and re order but my question is won't it just happen again? There must be another way of
