@nickholding01 @virginmedia Usually a new hub takes 12-24 hours to settle down. So give it 24 hours max and then you'll get a better idea...I'm just wondering if I can tell the engineer to leave the Hub 4 with me and when I'm ready I'll set it up myself as I don't want to make the switch and regret it

Trying to terminate my @virginmedia contract since July 7th. Hours on the phone. No customer care, no advice, nothing. It's 3 weeks now. Worst experience ever. Meanwhile I got £ 48 worth of new charges because of your non-existent resource. I'm fuming
