@virginmedia I have no upload speed. The second engineer visit in two weeks confirmed that there is a fault in St Albans and the network is over utilised. The second engineer said the fix date is 22nd Jan but he said that would probably not be correct. Now calling 150 just cuts my call off..

@virginmedia No ive been told they are going to review the bill. My broadband is still not sorted hub is 2 weeks late. Im going to make sure everyone i know knows how poor you are and how shockingly bad your customer service is.

What internet provider do you guys use? I’m with @virginmedia and have had nothing but bother. It is absolutely garbage for working from home. Especially as I have to deliver online learning/classes etc. I’m basically throwing money down the drain. Any thoughts?
