    @virginmedia Another day the same issues.... “you might like to call later” - truly awful customer service it’s been getting worse year on year but the current situation is beyond a joke. Do you actually have anyone available to take calls?

    @virginmedia I am NHS staff, much busier than normal and I would never hang up on someone asking for help. Especially after waiting 3.5 hrs. Imagine if I didn't do my job properly!!

    @virginmedia no response? I finally managed to get through to an actual human, almost resolved the issue then they closed the line. I can't spend the entire day trying to speak to someone. This is ridiculous. I will be cancelling with you asap.

    40 mins passed the Estimated fix time for our @virginmedia broadband. No update. Just sat on hold hoping someone can let me know when I can get to work. 18hrs and counting.

    @virginmedia Awful service trying to reach your disconnect team this morning. Nearly 2 hours on 2 calls and cut off each time. I want to cancel contrac but can’t reach the team.

    @virginmedia how do I get a engineer to come out and check all my equipment, can't get any help on the phone. Signal has gone again this morning, stopping my kids doing their school work again. I need this sorting being going on for weeks now.
