    @virginmedia Day before last there has been numerous tickets raised and I was told that day that it is a system wide problem and basically tough it will repaired when it will ge repaired

    @virginmedia We have tv with sky but internet & phone with u. They were asking me to download an app called team reviewer quick support.

    @virginmedia my 93yr old Mothers phone line was out of action for 12days. It came back on Tuesday only to go off again today. Text says fault is fixed but she has no connection. Her emergency alarm System is linked to her line leaving her very vulnerable. Sick of calling virgin

    @virginmedia your broadband is awful. Horrendous at the best of times but it’s been down for 2 days. I’ve now received 9 emails telling me the issue is resolved (it hasn’t been) the only difference is I can no longer register loss of service.
