@virginmedia It will look much like the other screenshots. I get you are trying to be helpful, but it is obviously network, and linked to the upgrade. How do I know? I was 2nd line network support for BTinternet. Anyway, fingers crossed, it seemed to be ok this morning and stable all day.

@O2 @virginmedia that’s it. Enough is enough your service is questionable. Coverage terrible. Priority not existent. Maybe time to change network.

@virginmedia On the service page it says there are no issues in TW107LY but as soon as I call up they mention the issue constantly it’s been like this over a number of weeks and just keeps happening nearly every week

@virginmedia Never managed to get anywhere near tickets. The O2 app crashed all day. Won't bother in the future and the apps now deleted. Usually priority means you can buy tickets before general sale. Not releasing a few priority tickets beforehand. Absolute con.
