@virginmedia I've done all of this! And not had any success! I just want to leave, I knw I have 2 months left but I'm just paying for a service tht isn't effective plus we don't really watch the TV so it's pointless!

@virginmedia It's a long long story, I joined O2 earlier this year and to solely use the 'volt' benefit to boost my broadband speed and since then I've had issues with my bill and I've been overcharged for 'changing' my package

@virginmedia I have a complaint reference number - C-300322248. I got a response saying you've given internal feedback and asked if this was okay, I emailed back and said it wasn't but haven't heard anything further.
