@virginmedia broadband connectivity is absolutely shocking recently, sort it out! No point paying top dollar for a service that doesn’t work

  • Helen987 Helen Andrews 💙 (@Helen987) reported

@virginmedia I need to be reassured I will get through quickly and that I will speak to someone who can take my complaint without needing to ‘speak to a manager’. Will this number do that?

  • SpikeLawson1 Spike Lawson (@SpikeLawson1) reported

@virginmedia Mobile signal in Worsley is still only 3g. I have messaged but no reply

  • DawnCardenas #HelloMyNameIsDawn (@DawnCardenas) reported

@virginmedia More than 40 characters 😬 in short - Equipment not added after ordered via phone, engineers not coming when booked, spending FAR too long talking to people who can’t help on a silly messaging app. Oh and nothing works as it should!

  • StephenCavinder Steve Cavinder (@StephenCavinder) reported

@virginmedia It is now thank you. I just it was an awful long time to wait.

  • techbitsio techbits (@techbitsio) reported

@virginmedia Yes, done all of that. TV has shown issues for a while, but unrelated. No internet issues in the area. Service to TV and internet drops at the same time. I was offered the chance to pay £25 for the privilege of an engineer attending, or take the Wi-Fi boosters that I can't use.

  • damfly27 Damon (@damfly27) reported

@virginmedia 3 times in the last week I’ve had the phone out down on me John. The last being 5 min ago when I said cancel my account and was told there would be a disconnection fee…BUT YOU’VE NOT EVEN CONNECTED ME!!!

  • sorcereine Lei (@sorcereine) reported

@virginmedia I have never used this. Don't even know where it is. I don't expect it to jump £40+ . How can I cancel my account please?

  • techbitsio techbits (@techbitsio) reported

@xcom987 @virginmedia I have 15 days of faulty service (TV and internet). They can see the hub disconnecting from their network. Replaced hub, same issues. Their response? Resolve the case without telling me because they're sending Wi-Fi repeaters. For the Wi-Fi that I don't use. 👍

  • nawz294 nawz (@nawz294) reported

@virginmedia My computer is connected through Ethernet cable and my other devices on WiFi and the issue is across all devices.
