    @virginmedia Also, because it's an open complaint, I can't reach a human anymore. I get a recording, then an automatically generated text that contains a link to a status page for the complaint which in turn tells me it's all resolved. The system is broken. I can't even cancel on the phone.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply I appreciate this might have been the first one available but is it normal for people to have to wait this long? Do you have a shortage of engineers or is it reluctance to provide good service at cost of profit?

    @virginmedia my new Firestick 4k cannot connect, old Firestick has no issues, new one can find the WiFi (v good signal) but just says connection issues. Can set up new Firestick via hotspot so not hardware? Done all the reboots etc - any suggestions?
