@virginmedia I have had electric wires hanging out of my wall since before Christmas when a Virgin technician came to “fix” my internet issues. I have been complaining about the ridiculous service of the internet since I got it last July

  • CKEDWARDS99 ConEdwards (@CKEDWARDS99) reported

@CBeebiesHQ I’m with virgin media and it was just the chuggington programme, was it the episode itself? My boy was watching programmes before with no issue and once chuggington finished the audio was as normal

@virginmedia That's great but it is happening far too many times recently . Do we pay for a 100% monthly service ? .

  • juliemac661 julie mackay (@juliemac661) reported

@virginmedia I have done all tests etc.. there is fault but no answers ?? Been like this all week it’s a joke paying a fortune for totally CRAP service !! 🤬

@lesserspottedH @virginmedia and @Virginmobile Disgusting how they treat their customers and not just during a pandemic. They argue with you & their managers argue with you after waiting on the phone for up to 90 mins a time. I went to Niw TV saved £££s and get 10/10 customer service

  • paranoya88 Will (@paranoya88) reported

@virginmedia Only getting 30-50 down when paying for 200 well today is day 3 if no improvement by tomorrow that’ll be a cancellation from me via your speed policy sort your network out

  • jay_bcafc Jay Smith (@jay_bcafc) reported

@virginmedia How ridiculous. I understand if moving to a property you can service and I chose not to take you then different. But because YOU don’t service a property I am moving to, I am the one penalised financially by your company for YOUR inability to provide a service. Terrible service.

  • CrispyHawk mccrispy (@CrispyHawk) reported

@virginmedia Why? Have you changed your support operation so that the staff are motivated by customer outcome rather than by case closure rates?

  • tb285 Maximo Beerbelli (@tb285) reported

@virginmedia @darrancooper83 This is an issue that many people seem to have reported last night as well. It's an issue across BT Sport content (channels 1, 2 and 3) although bizarrely BT ESPN is working which suggests there is a fault at your end rather than BT

  • juliemac661 julie mackay (@juliemac661) reported

@virginmedia Sorry I’m paying a fortune for rubbish service no customer contact via phone 😡😡
