@virginmedia i keep phoning in for the same issue. All devices are connected to the wifi but the internet itself keeps cutting throughout the whole day. I pay £50 for 350mb a month and I receive really poor service. I do not recommend using Virgin Media.

Broadband with @virginmedia has been appalling for over a month now. Greatly affecting our ability to work. Customers constantly complaining were hanging up or not responding to emails. Anyone tried EE broadband? We have 300 Meg with VM but useless when constantly down.

@virginmedia Yes, after reset. In rooms furthest away from Hub I have been connected (still slow speed) and just had the "connected without internet" error. If I wait 5 mins or so it will eventually connect again but will be painfully slow.

@virginmedia anyone else have the same problem with there monthly bill? sends link for payment… doesn’t let you change amount, shows you what you owe. You pay. Then next month tells you you’ve underpaid on last bill!! Where are all these charges and under payments coming from?

@virginmedia your phone customer service needs to be improved. Tried to call 3 times this morning to make changes that cannot be done on line, holding for approx 15 mins each time before being cut off each time. Not good enough.
