@virginmedia @virginmedia issue was resolved in 1 minute after agent returning from break, surely could have waited 1 more minute before taking his break!!! If the agent is due a break maybe tell the customer this before starting the conversation!!!

@virginmedia I phoned up but kept on getting transferred. I've replied to my THIRD complaint case last week, but no answer yet. An engineer came and said "everything that can be replaced has been replaced" so I think we need to have a no-fault cancellation, no?

@virginmedia I have had 5 calls yesterday / today from out of area from Sky indian caller representing Virgin saying there is going to be work on internet connection / problem with router. I live in SO31 area. Annoying I assume bogus? Not received any letters from you on this

@virginmedia 5 weeks and counting. 3 engineer visits. Another 30mins wasted to your call centre today. Still no phone line. Worst service! And you still advise me to keep calling?

Hi @virginmedia - it's now 5 weeks of intermittent broadband, and I've reached the limit of following your online help (rebooting, hard resetting, removing devices, etc). Can you please supply a method of speaking to a real person because I can't find that anywhere online.
