@virginmedia I did. It has the fault registered but then the link in the text message that you send says there’s no problem. The phone message says that it’s a really complicated issue - it must be if it’s taking this long to fix!!!

  • NaijaBird Ayobami Gabriel™ (@NaijaBird) reported

@virginmedia Internet has been mostly down since the 22nd December. Been without active internet coming up to 5 days now... 😒

  • oldlad25 Ian (@oldlad25) reported

@virginmedia I keep getting told by agents over the phone there are no issues from what they can see on my lines and no issues in my postcode. Well you can clearly see there is a problem. Making me pay for a service this bad is criminal.

  • MilesClone Billy Miles (@MilesClone) reported

@virginmedia why don't I see gigabit in the list of upgrade options. I only see 500 and 600 mbit. Your entire network does gigabit now right? so why isn't it an upgrade option ? I'd rather order online not via phone.

  • Lukec7_ Luke Cockburn (@Lukec7_) reported

@virginmedia unhappy with my current wi-if boosters, orange arrows flash up multiple times a day and disrupts what I’m doing online. Any reason why this is happening and how to fix it?
