27 minutes on the phone to @virginmedia for a simple hub replacement due to widely known dhcp issue on residential package (family member) and still no further. Waiting for a call back as it seems nobody can approve a hub swap despite free upgrades to v3 hub being available too..

@virginmedia Please adjust your telephone handlers. I’ve just signed an absolutely pointless contract because only the handheld device agreement came through without a sim agreement. Worst thing is the second agent couldn’t find any information. Would appreciate a cancellation.

@virginmedia This is not how works, if you can’t help me out pass me onto somebody who can, don’t leave me out to hang. Why ask me for all this information and then not help?? So, now I’m back to square one. Poor service. Help me out here, pass my details on and give me a name at Virgin.

@virginmedia Honestly at my wits end with you. If this issue isn’t settled I’m going to look into small claims court at this point cos this is unacceptable
