@virginmedia have devised a whole array of ways to drive customers mad. A complaints system that sends you around in circles to systems that don’t work. You can’t speak to a real person but there are plenty of staff to make unwanted sales calls. Massive fail!

@virginmedia Been there, done that. Reset the box blah blah blah. Your service this past 5 days has been appalling. Ranging from slow to no speed. But your handy website tells me there is no issue. Getting sick of this.

@richardbranson Can you please teach your Virgin call centre staff some manners. They three times a week despite having no virgin media, tell them this, and they hang up with no apology. For a big brand, you shouldn’t need all the cold calling!
