    @virginmedia No. I’m busy. I held on for over 12 minutes. I see a missed call, but as I say, I’m busy. I don’t have the energy to keep phoning and going through security twice because they have to transfer me every time. Help?

    @virginmedia No, I don't have time to post onto a forum. This has been ongoing all month and you're asking me to post it onto a forum. Ridiculous. There was no problem at all, you tampered with something and now it's knackered. Your technical guy said it would be fixed, so why hasn't it been?

    @virginmedia No it sent me through a list of options that led to a dead end. I'm getting conflicting information from the Virgin app; it says there isn't a problem in my area, but also that they're working on the problem in my area! The phone call led to them just sending me a link.

    @virginmedia It is a one off credit due to complete loss of service for 9 days. Every time I ask why it’s not been applied, I’m told it has now been applied and it will appear on my next bill. I’m then given a bill with no deductions! Extremely frustrating.

    @virginmedia Perhaps but is that a call centre in the Philippines because they wont know anything! I am still being charged for a service that I am not receiving 100% of though

    @virginmedia That he knew my old email address from when we signed up for the service seemed a confirmation. I thought how could he have got that? I amended it on his device. He said we should get an email.
