@virginmedia Oh my god it gets worse... your "help forums" use a different sign in to my main account. It needs a username to sign in. I don't have or know a username. I try to create a new account... it tells me my email is already in use... but "forgot details" only lets me change password!

@virginmedia Are you serious? Have you even read my tweet? NO, there is no update in your page! THAT'S THE POINT! You're not acknowledging that there's an issue. No Internet for 4 days, and it's the same for dozens of people on our street, and yet you ask the same questions. Useless.

@virginmedia appalling service. Paying 100 meg broadband speed at a high rate per month and the service and performance over the last month has been shambolic. The lack of reply and support for loyal customer appalling of 16 years!! Time to move on!!

@PetermcRed @virginmedia I switched to Zen and have had no issues at all. I had nothing but issues with virgin. I will never use them again
